Alan is amazing! He got our printer up and running when we had serious doubts about it ever printing another page. He was kind, courteous and was here bright and early to get the printer into shape! The only thing that would have made his visit any better would have been if he brought Happy.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Axis Business Technologies for our property in Colorado Springs (Fox Bridge on Union Apartments) From day one, they’ve made everything feel easy and stress-free, which is huge when it comes to IT and office equipment.
Rick and Alan are honestly the best, they are so helpful, responsive, and just genuinely great people to work with. What I love is that they don’t just handle the IT side, but also the authorized dealer side, so we’re not bouncing between different companies trying to get things done.
