We met Mike & Kathy (Axios Real Estate) in July 2024, when we rented an apartment in McMahons Pt from them, which is under their management. Over the last year, they have been attentive & friendly and responded to any of our needs in a timely manner. They care about their properties under management and also the tenants who live there. And we would expect that any landlord who has a property managed by them would be similarly impressed by their professionalism and care. We own a property and we wouldn’t hesitate to trust Axios Real Estate to manage that property in the future.
