Thank you for your review, I can not believe that a builder sold you there display home, that has faulty floor joist installation. This builder would have failed trade school.
In this matter the builder failed to install floor joists to support the perimeter sheet flooring in all the wet areas, causing the waterproofing membrane to fail.
