Not the best experience with this company😕.
Literally we could have saved the time and money of a travel agent and just used a package deal off a travel website.
My family and I planned this trip out about 9-10 months ahead of the travel date. So we think, yes plenty of time to get everything put together and definitely enough time to have all particulars taken care of. That is exactly what did not happen for us. Half of my family received bad information that caused a stir for checking international requirements and the other half received incorrect flight and room arrangements. And the bonus of it was things were only sorted out 72 hours before our flight 😃.
Once in our destination we realized that transportation wasn't included as specified to us and no excursions were part of our package.
I'd highly advise against this company.
I do not suggest booking with a way to go travel. Beth was the agent for myself and my family for my 29th birthday trip. It started off great and ended up in a disaster. Everything was great until payments were made and she stopped being so responsive. I had informed her before payments were officially due that I would be going alone. The day that payment was due and I called she told me I didn’t notify her and that the calls were recorded, but they can’t be because if they were she would be able to hear our conversation. This did end up costing me more money. She in turn stated that the time I “allegedly” notified her, to the time payment was due wouldn’t have made too much of a big difference money wise. I emailed the president because I was then scared about leaving the country and being booked under someone who forgets conversations and does not pay attention to detail but I received no response. I also expressed my dissatisfaction to Beth and she in turn told me that I had just thanks her for booking out trip, and I did, but that dosnt mean I’m not going to communicate when her service is not up to par and maybe that’s where the confusion came from for her. The day before the trip I tried to check in for my flight but I could not. I called American Airlines and they said my date of birth was incorrect. (Mind you the whole trip was planned around my birthday so how could she get that wrong.) They then told me to contact my travel agent because they couldn’t update it as she was the one who booked it. Another problem, it was a weekend and she didn’t respond to calls or emails. I ended up having to go to charlotte a day early to get it updated so I didn’t miss my flight the next morning. In turn I received a measly “so sorry hopefully the airport was able to fix it.” I thought using a travel agent would relive some of the stress when it came to traveling but it only made it worse. I understand that everyone is human and we all make mistakes but she made one if not more mistakes on each persons reservations that took the trip with me. If I could shout from the mountaintops to not book with Beth and a way to go travel I would. I’m so disappointed and I feel like my special trip was being sabotaged by Beth. I still haven’t received any communication from the president of the company and I don’t expect to but I am clearly upset and disappointed.

When you decided to travel solo, I wanted to be clear about how that impacted room rates, as single occupancy typically costs more per person. I never intended any confusion and truly aimed at transparency to help you avoid lastminute surprises.
Regarding the date of birth error, I completely understand how stressful that was. I double checked the information you originally sent me and can confirm I used those details when booking. I was very grateful the airline could assist you promptly at the airport, and I apologize that I wasn’t immediately available over the weekend to respond to your calls and emails.
When you decided not to communicate with me any longer, your mom and I handled all of the details and I was so happy to hear that she says they had a wonderful time and she wants to return! I also want you to know I stayed in touch with the resort throughout the trip and arranged for special touches like champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to make your birthday extra special. I was thrilled to hear that the majority of the trip went smoothly and that you all had an amazing time.

We just got back from an amazing vacation that Chuck booked for us at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. I reached out to Chuck asking for recommendations for an all inclusive resort that our entire family would love and he NAILED IT! This property was simply outstanding and perfect for my “vision” of family bonding time! Chuck handled all of the booking, transfers from the airport to hotel, and coordinating arrivals/departures from 3 different locations in the US. I will always book with Chuck! :-). Best. Trip. Ever! We spent 12 days in South Africa and Victoria Falls and loved every minute! We particularly recommend the MORE Family Collection properties we visited: Cape Cadogan Hotel in Cape Town, Marataba Game Lodge, and Victoria Falls River Lodge. The accommodations are luxurious, the staff members go above and beyond to meet your every need, and the surroundings are beautiful. The field guides were wonderful and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and more. This trip was a dream come true!

We worked with Chuck Joyce to book our honeymoon stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres 06/09/25 - 06/15/25 and we couldn't have asked for a more phenomenal trip.
After months of research, we narrowed our options down to a few different Secrets resorts, and Chuck was extremely helpful in listening to our preferences and providing first-hand experience about the different resort options and leading us to make our ultimate decision to book our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca. This resort was exactly what we were looking for - adults-only, all-inclusive, nice beach, and a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. Chuck was able to find us an amazing deal on a preferred ocean front room & it absolutely exceeded our expectations.
From the initial planning call, to booking, and to finalizing all of the details, Chuck provided prompt and comprehensive communication and handled all of our details with ease. He was flexible and patient with me amongst the added stress of wedding planning and ensured that everything was handled without concern.
Our flights, airport transfers (with Lomas), and check-in/check-out process at the resort were very straight-forward and seamless. We were treated so well and couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon experience.

Chuck and his staff were truly phenomenal! I depended on him for an amazing all inclusive. He setup my wife and I up at resort in Dominican Republic. We had the time of our lives and the resort was everything and more that he described. Thank Chuck and look forward to the next trip we book
Chuck is amazing! He worked with us to plan two weeks in Italy and the experience was amazing. The accommodations were so nice and all the transportation was smooth and easy. We loved the excursions and the guides were so knowledgeable. Highly recommend this agency.
