Had shot glasses engraved on an etsy website and they were terrible. Couldn’t even see the print. Called this co. Award world and explained. Needed them same day as part of grad gift. Leslie the mngr said not to worry, give me the names and I will have done by afternoon. I offered to pay prior to pickup, she said no need, pay on pickup. She did! They were PERFECTLY done! Excellent engraving job. All done with excellent customer service and a smile. Can’t praise her enough. Thank you

This is a fabulous and best place to get Plaques, trophies, engravings on anything from cups to cutting boards. Leslie, Jacki, and Grayce go out of their way to provide great customer service, helpful and very friendly. I have had many beautiful gifts made there through the years and will continue to do so in the future for other gifts and keepsakes!

The nicest, sweetest people you could ever meet and deal with. Absolutely amazing service and went out of their way to make sure they rook care of exactly what I needed. Quality is everything these days and it was so perfect and looks professional. Please stop by I had know idea what all they could do. Gracie and the staff were amazing! We were in a bind with needing trophies and medals for our Archery tournament and they were there to save the day! The quality was great and the customer service was top tier. We will only use Award World for our trophies!

This place I would recommend too anyone that needs Awards/Trophies/Gifts. I primarily worked with Leslie but at pick up I spoke to the ladies that worked on our awards and they were all wonderful. I placed an order that morning for 20 plaques for the teammates and 4 plaques for the coaches. I was quoted just a call over the phone turn around time being a day or two depending what they had. They were able to get my order finished in 1 day after placing it in person yesterday. The customer service, and quick turn around time. Quality of product is 5 star I will be doing more orders here. Rather support a local business than an online business. Highly Recommend buying your items from Award World Trophies & Gifts.
