I had my second retreat with AWS last month. Amber is the most loving gentle soul & such an amazing facilitator. The prep work helped me get the most out of the ceremony. She & Catalina were amazing during the ceremony weekend. And the integration support after has been fantastic. This is life changing work and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with these ladies and this medicine!
I recently competed a stay at Awaken Your Soul, and I can say without exaggeration that the level of care, integrity, and professionalism exceeded anything I expected.
This is not a casual retreat experience. Its serious work and the team treats it that way.
Amber and Elaine are the real deal. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time. I felt safe and supported the throughout the entire process.
The place itself is clean and comfortable, you have your own room, and the food is healthy and delicious.
If I could give more stars I would and I will definitely be back in the future!

Wow, what an amazing experience! Amber and Anthony have created magic in the jungle of Costa Rica. The staff and the facilitators could not have done more to create a safe and loving environment for personal growth and well being. I didn’t want to leave! The food was next level and there was always cold coconuts and fresh juices to drink. The yoga, breathwork, reiki, and sound therapy were all an integral part of the healing and everyone is a master of their craft. Then there’s the spa treatments, Zaida is a goddess from another world! This week was truly a life changing experience. I came to reconnect with myself and find direction, but left with so much more, including some new life long friends. I’m so happy to have found this place and couldn’t recommend it more. You won’t be disappointed.

Il y’a des moments charnières dans la vie où nous n’avons plus le choix : il faut écouter la voix qui nous pousse à voir les peurs et les traumas en face, et ce afin d’en finir avec les vieux scénarios qui ont formé le personnage que nous sommes devenu. Il n’est pas possible de vivre avec une main fermée. Elle ne peut pas recevoir. La lutte avec soi-même doit cesser. Les traumas seront toujours là mais il est possible de changer le regard que l’on a sur eux. Car en les embrassants, ils disparaissent. J’ai changé mon point de vue, l’Iboga, et les êtres autour , m’ont aidé m’ont fait voir, m’ont fait ressentir, ce que je ne voulais pas et plus voir.
Il y’a un avant et un après c’est certain. J’ai vécu une des experiences les plus intense et complète de ma vie. C’est un des plus beau cadeau que j’ai jamais reçu.
Merci à Amber et Anthony et tout l’équipe de AYS d’avoir créé un endroit bienveillant et sécurisé pour pouvoir se laisser allez dans l’expérience. Merci à leurs sagesses pour permettre de laisser faire ce qui doit arriver et d’intervenir quand c’est nécessaire. 😁

The experience at Awaken You Soul, was simply life changing, in every form of that phrase. Amber and Anthony welcomed us with open hearts and arms and made us feel comfortable from day one. I had come in with lots of expectations from stories I had heard from other people's medicine journey with the medicine. When it didn't unfold the way I thought it would, Amber was a guiding light that redirected my perspective and made me realize I did get what I came for....it just came through in a different way than I thought it would. Overall it was a wonderful experience, with lots of realizations and healing. The compound and the people were equally magical and I can't imagine processing and healing such deep stuff anywhere else. I highly recommend Awaken your soul. I recently had the privilege of going to Awaken Your Soul with the incredible duo, Amber and Anthony. From the moment I arrived, I was in an atmosphere of warmth, authenticity, and genuine care.
One of the most meaningful aspects of the retreat was the way in which Amber and Anthony held space for all participants. Their ability to create a safe and nurturing environment allowed each of us to connect with our inner selves and explore all edges.
The food was SO good. Delicious and also thoughtfully prepared with a focus on nourishing the body and soul at each phase of the retreat experience.
The daily activities were lead with love and it was so nice to be able to drop-in for meditation/yoga and other sessions throughout the week.
The setting of the retreat was nothing short of breathtaking. We were surrounded by Costa Rican jungle and it provided the perfect backdrop for self-reflection and recovery on post ceremony days. The 'two-river' pool is must see - pictures don’t do it justice.
11/10 - I couldn’t imagine experiencing Iboga anywhere else!

I went here 2 years ago. My life has completely changed for the better since then. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about my experience on the medicine here. Without a doubt, it’s a safe space to go deep with iboga. Iboga can help you get to the root of deep psychological and emotional issues that otherwise seem impossible to untangle (in my experience). I spent a week with this crew back in 2021, experiencing my first two ceremonies with Iboga. I've been a psychonaut since my teens, and well experienced with a variety of these spaces. I literally cannot say enough good things about the experience. If Iboga is calling you, Soul Centro is as perfect a choice as can be made. Their commitment to their guests, and to the healing power of this medicine is beautiful and infectious. And did I mention the food?

What an amazing experience! The staff at AYS are all incredible people with graceful strength in their holding of space and assisting in your journey and inner work. I am profoundly grateful to everyone there for offering a true retreat and space to go deep on my inner work.
Wow what a place and what a beautiful group of people. I couldn't imagine a better setting or team for this kind of experience. The food and accommodation is at a very high standard, and the team have all the details worked out perfectly. Everything is taken care of, but there's also flexibility to your needs and desires in terms of how to experience the week.
There's an impressive level of professionalism at AYS, that not only made the experience really enjoyable, but also made it feel completely safe. Everything is considered and there is a huge amount of experience amongst the facilitators.
If you're considering an experience like this, then AYS is hands down the place to do it. I'd also HIGHLY recommend getting some massages.

A life transforming experience. I would strongly recommend for persons from the BIPOC community.
Overall an amazing experience! It is a great environment to work on yourself. Being in the jungle with fresh, organic, nutritious food and a caring, supportive staff is the perfect recipe for growth and change.
One of the best experiences I've had. Very professional and informative hosts. The setting was what got me though and having the ability to truly decompress and reflect. This was not only after the ceremonies but also just in general. I highly recommend this!!
