I work for a local custom home builder and we've been working with AV Outfitters for the past 7+ years. The quality of work, products, & service they provide is incredible, and we've been more than happy with our partnership. The staff is phenomenal & are among my favorite vendors.

I lived in a bungalow on Hilton Head Island with outdated home technology and asked AVO for help. Their team redesigned and upgraded the Wi-Fi system, integrated surround sound, and added a new TV. Everyone I worked with had remarkable professionalism, integrity, and talent. (Whoever runs AVO must be brilliant!) Five stars are not enough.

Meeting with Sales and technical Guru Jim Smith was easy as he genuinely respected my needs, budget and desires, then honored it by designing a Hi-tech AV System that exceeded all expectations. The communication w/ Nick regarding the installation was spot on and precisely to the minute. Installations Technicians, Mark W. And Donovan R. Walked me through every step of the Hi-tech installation. Their professionalism and technical abilities were unmatched. When it comes down to it ,AV Outfitters is a company w/ integrity and trustworthiness and I strongly recommend them . DSH

Audio Visual Outfitter's service is the best we have from any supplier, in quite a long time. A couple of examples confirm our faith in their team. We lost internet service one month ago and recently had a security camera stop recording while out-of-town. In each instance, one call resolved the specific issue within minutes. It's that kind of service that makes us confident we made the right decision when building our new home. Entrusting AVO's knowledgable team when it came to our entire audio and video system design, installation and service. There is nothing worse than having a system go down and wait on qualified service (of some sort) to get things back up and running. You won't have that experience with AVO. Great team, great service.

The office staff and technicians at AV outfitters particularly Jim and Paul, but all of them for that matter, are respectful, knowledgeable and couldn’t be more accommodating to answer questions and solve any issues. As a contractor and employer I am very happy with AV Outfitters and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AV work!

I would highly recommend to anyone AV Outfitters as a 'go to' resource for anything remotely complicated for their expertise and service. As far as stars go, pick a limit and they earn far more.

My studio looks gorgeous!!! These lights are perfect. They illuminate my Pilates studio with just the right amount of light that’s soft with no glare. As clients are on pilates machines face up, they are looking at the ceiling. Everyone loves the new lights! Contemporary, sleek with a small footprint but a huge impact. Scott and his team provided an in-depth consultation to make sure my vision became a reality! Their staff not only surpass todays “typical professional”, but you can tell they are incredibly knowledgeable in their art and design. I just moved into Rose Hill a month ago. I decided to buy a 77" Sony TV. I reached out to Audio Video Outfitters. From start to finish it was an outstanding experience. The Sales Rep (Jim) visited my home to assess the situation and was most personable and very helpful advising me where to mount the TV. The Install Team did an exemplary job mounting the TV and running the electric and HDMI cables behind the wall, ensuring the room was spotless when they left. The whole team is highly qualified and highly responsive to calls and questions. The job was completed in very short order and I highly recommend you consider this firm for your AV needs.

The project was a whole house new construction. AV Outfitters installed audio, Wi-Fi, internet, cable, television, phone and a central vacuum system. The entire process from design to installation was seamless, first class and done with the utmost professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.
