I'm not a Fan of leaving any reviews, But gonna make an exception this 1 time. Booked a Limo few days ago and I must say, The best service ever. Spoke to a gentleman His name was Tim. And he got us beautiful limo and the price was very good , what we agreed on was correct and no extra charges and was on time... Would Definitely use them again and again.. Thanks Tim

Where do I begin, I called to get a price on a limo. Tim told me what it would cost. So when I decided to go ahead and book with him I had to prepay which is fine but what was not ok was when I received and email with my receipt he failed to tell me of all these additional charges which to my understanding was included in the quoted price. There was a fuel charge, parking charge and admission charge. When I called back to talk to Tim he didn't even apologizes or even try to. Well to top it all of the day of the event and comes around pick up time which he knew he was late!! I reached out again to see why the driver was not here and he said " Very sorry for the delay....abnormally heavy traffic on 80". and that was through a text messages didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me. I get it things happen but a phone call or text to let us know he was running late. I get nothing unless I reached out to him!
Never again will I use his services and I will be sure to spread the word that this is not how you handle customer service!!!
