Came in and bought a sensor, rep at front said I would need a special socket. I purchased the socket with it. When I went to put the socket on the sensor it was not the right size. I took it back and they refused to return exchange it, without the little plastic bracket you have to break off it to use it. Didn’t care about the receipt. Sensor didn’t even come with the right filter, had to go to another auto store to get the right parts.

Went into the store bought a part for my vehicle, I was wearing a lapel pin and the parts manager asks me how long I been part of the organization, I said what organization I said you talking about this and was pointing my lapel pin on the collar of my shirt he said yea I said that’s something I bought at a antique store, it was actually the Christian flag lapel pin, not everything is a cult or an organization.

They are very happy to help. They will go out of their way to do what they can to help you when you were in need. I was out-of-state. My vehicle broke down. My parts were in warranty so they helped me. Do what I had to do to get my vehicle together and get my family home safe. Thank you very much to the Michigan City. Autozone, people they really help me out.I'm from Indianapolis.It's a 5 hour drive.Long way to go with a f doubt vehicle
