Great experience, they were the only place in NZ to have my front bumper in the exact same colour I required (unfortunately a triple coated colour which is hard to find and expensive to have sprayed) ended up paying a third of what buying the part and having it sprayed would have cost. Quoted install was only higher by $60 than my usual mechanic, however, their location, how busy they are, the cleanliness and organisation of their workshop and the work I was watching being done on other vehicles I feel their quote for install was fair and would have been done very well. The guy I dealt with was knowledgeable, attentive, very helpful and trustworthy.
-If it matters to anyone, I felt they were extremely lgbtq friendly and treat all customers equally. Highly recommended business.
Great guys! I'm a retired mechanic and have been going here and sending friends and clients here for years! Nice clean workshop and never had a part problem only once! But they were happy to return the part and replace with the right part! They really are one of the best wreckers in dunedin! And lindsey,Clinton and the team are always friendly and go out of there way to help! Special mention to lindsey he really has helped me over the years!
We were super pleased with the awesome service these guys provided, from Clinton who was very helpful in sourcing the part for our Nissan March and making the financial transaction seamless through to Julia who kindly emailed us the progress of our tracking status, turn around was so fast!!! I purchased a Subaru power steering pump from Autoparts. I was dealing with Lindsey. I have never had service like the service I received from the team at Autoparts Otago. Not only did they ring and check what I needed, Lindsey also called back to make sure I knew of the issue with the power steering pipes. Brilliant service. Thanks Guys
