Love working with Autoloans and Sanjeev. The process is so smooth and easy unlike any other experience I’ve had buying used in the past. They take care of everything and listen to what you want / don’t want. This is my second car with autoloans and Sanjeev not only kept in touch and followed up over the years to keep me on track with my credit goals… he also got me into my dream car this go around - an AUDI! He even fought to lower my interest rate before we closed. Cannot sing their praises enough! Yousef and Neville helped get me into a new vehicle in two days. (Would have been quicker if the vehicle I chose was already safetied) I simply called inquiring if I would even get pre-approved, thinking this would be a long process. I got answers the same day and they started sending me cars in my budget. They even helped me settle my lien on my current vehicle so I could get that sold as soon as possible. Highly recommend this route. Instead of going from dealership to dealership, they did the research for me and found exactly what I wanted and had it delivered straight to me. Thanks guys!
I’m writing this on behalf of my family member who has now had her third experience with Autoloans…and this time has been absolutely unacceptable.
Her first experience was smooth, which is what built the trust. The second involved a fraudulent sales manager (she was later told he is no longer with the company). Unfortunately, this most recent experience has been the worst of all.
Neville Fernandez presented himself as empathetic, especially knowing she was dealing with personal loss and financial hardship, and assured her this process would be smooth, but that was not the case!!!
Yousef was extremely dishonest throughout. He promised a $150 gas gift card that was never received, misled her about a 407 bill, and falsely claimed Service Canada systems were down on the scheduled delivery date, a day she took off work for. After making a few calls herself, it was confirmed that this was not true.
It became clear these delays were to cover up issues with the vehicle sourced from a “sister location,” which arrived with a strong cigarette smell. The vehicle also had undisclosed damage, no second key, and the smoke issue still persists despite her spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket (only one basic detailing service was covered).
There was also a complete lack of follow-through:
- No resolution for the second key
- No proper support for undisclosed damage
- Missed delivery commitments
- Poor communication between departments
This situation has now escalated to the Better Business Bureau and legal counsel after her request to return the vehicle within 30 days was ignored.
While some may have good experiences, that has not been the case here. Please proceed with caution.

Wally made the whole auto loan process feel easy and stress-free. He helped me secure my second car with auto loan. and took the time to walk me through everything, making sure I actually understood my options instead of just rushing me through it. He was patient, informative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. You can tell he cares about doing things right. Honestly, we need more people like Wally on the team—he sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.
We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander 2025 and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Calvin and Neville were absolutely amazing. They were kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

It became clear he was covering up issues with the vehicle from a “sister location,” which arrived with a strong cigarette smell. The car also had undisclosed damage, no second key, and the smell is still an issue despite me spending hundreds out of pocket (they covered one basic detailing only).
On top of that poor communication between departments, missed delivery promises, and zero accountability. Mike Ryan, Catherine, and Natasha disgusting customer service follow up l, no protocols for handling challenging situations. In 2026…. It just doesn’t make sense.

They may have good reviews, but that’s not everyone’s experience. Be very careful…once the deal is done, they ghost you.
Disappointing and stressful experience overall.
Taige Smith deserves a few extra stars on top of this 5 star rating . Taige went above and beyond for me , even though he came through a couple obstacles in the beginning , after a few days he had me approved for a car , a 2024 Kia Seltos with only 51,000 km on it . I was not expecting to get such low km and a 2024 model. Thanks for all your help and dedication to help me out and get me in some new wheels . Definitely appreciate everything and if I am ever looking again will def be a repeat customer and visit Taige . I would definitely recommend Taige Smith , great guy with excellent customer service .
Sold me a broken, unsafe car
The car I purchased was in terrible condition, clearly broken and unsafe to drive. I'm shocked this was even sold without proper checks. It feels like no care was taken to ensure the vehicle was roadworthy. Very disappointed and would not recommend this experience to anyone.
