My loan was handled by John Bianchi. I submitted all the required documents, and I was informed that I had been pre-approved. However, since April 27, I have not received any response to my calls or messages. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. There has been no communication, no replies to texts, and no follow-up feedback. My credit was checked, and I also provided my pay stubs and current vehicle photos as requested. If the process could not be completed, I believe I should have been informed directly rather than being left without any updates. I should not have to repeatedly follow up for basic communication. This review is based on my personal experience. While the company itself may have a good reputation, my experience with the individual handling my case was not satisfactory. I chose this service based on positive reviews, but I now feel that reviews alone do not always reflect individual experiences.

Derik was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process, he presented a good variety of options to choose from. The best part was that he managed to deliver the vehicle three days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. thanks derik! follow up to this. noticed the tires had no tread for the 25,000 km on the vehicle. My mechanic confirmed it should not have passed a safety. 2 messages left for Derik with no response. i guess once you have finished the deal, you are out of luck for any follow up
