We rented two cars during our visit to Morocco. One of the cars was in excellent condition and drove perfectly throughout our trip. The second car had a couple of warning lights showing on the dashboard and what seemed like a small puncture in one of the tires.
However, this was not a big problem for us because we were in constant contact with Essaid, who arranged the cars for us. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional from the beginning. As soon as we informed him about the issue, he immediately offered to replace the car and make other arrangements for us. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience.
Since we had a tight schedule and didn’t have much time during our stay in Morocco, we decided to continue using the same car instead of switching. Fortunately, everything worked fine afterward and we didn’t face any other issues during the rest of our trip.
Overall, we really appreciate Essaid’s support and honesty. It’s rare to find someone who is so attentive and ready to help at any time. His quick response and willingness to solve the problem gave us a lot of confidence and made the experience stress-free.

Am avut trei masini inchiriate pentru opt zile si parcurs aproximativ 2000 km. Ridicare si predare, la cererea noastra, din aeroport. Am cerut sa ridicam masinile mai devreme decat era programat -au acceptat fara probleme. Am avut nevoie de suport pe parcursul celor opt zile -au fost foarte prompti si umani.
Masinile ne-au fost livrate, eficient, in cateva minute, fara card de credit sau zeci de documente de semnat. La predare totul a decurs la fel de usor, in ciuda faptului ca am avut un mic incident cu una dintre masini si ne asteptam sa platim extra sau sa completam alte documente. N-a fost cazul.
Cea mai buna experienta pe care-am avut-o cu o firma de rent a car. Oamenii au fost profesionisti de la inceput pana la final. 10 din 10 pentru Auto Book Car Rental. Peste multe firme europene consacrate.
Am inchiriat un peugeot 208 pentru 4 zile la 30 de euro pe zi(pretul foarte bun raportat la numarul de zile)
-Nu am platit depozit,asiguarea era basic(nu stiu daca era nevoie de full)
-La final pentru masina,deoarece nu era spalata(nici interior nici exterior),a trebuit sa mai achitam undeva la 14 euro.
-A fost cel mai bun pret pe care l-am obtinut in zona(ne-am interesat la mai bine de 6 companii de inchirieri),masina s-a descurcat foarte bine(peste 1200 de km facuti) cu consum foarte bun(4.5-4.8)
-Proprietarul firmei a fost foarte ok,masina am rezervat-o cu cateva zile inainte,s-a asiguart tot timpul ca totul va fi bine,ne-a asteptat la aeroport,ne-a oferit si sfaturi despre Maroc.La final pur si simplu am predat masina,nimic mai mult.Fara verificari tehnice sau estetice.
Recomand compania mai ales celor care nu vor sa aiba multe batai de cap.
