Absolutely amazing quality! I got some ribs and chorizos both were incredibly delicious, full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The customer service from Maria and Brock was truly exceptional warm, helpful, and full of good vibes. What a team! 👏

One job of importance a butcher is taught and should know is to cut even steaks. From four, two were thin one end, thicker the other.impossible to cook evenly.all of the steaks come from a processor vacuum packaged. These need only be sliced and repackaged.

I was visiting from the UK and needed a butcher to supply me for a barbecue for 8 people. The older fella with the beard was such a lovely chap and you could really feel his passion for what he had on display in his butcher shop. He ran me through all the different options and he was pretty funny as well. The quality of the product was nothing short of spectacular. If you're in the area and require delicious tasting meat - then visit these lads!
