5 stars for ALA all round, however I would personally like to give another 5 stars + gst to Rachael.
During our first phone consultation, she immediately stood out from the rest of solicitors I've spoken to in many ways.
1. She actually listened in a trauma informed way (this alone makes her stand out).
2. She asked me questions to clarify a few things, which made me actually feel heard.
3. She explained absolutely everything I intially contacted ALA about in a way that made sense, plus a cost breakdown.
4. She then explained a whole different way to go about my case I had no idea about when speaking to other solicitors.

I rang ALA recently to assist me with a court case and I had Poppy ring me to chat about the details of the situation and she was willing and able to assist me and provided me the options I had. She helped me with 5 days notices to get all the documents sent and documentation.
