Tayla was also outstanding with work she undertook for me. After enduring 18 months of stress from wildly fictitious DV allegations and related charges, Poppy managed to recently have all my charges dismissed completely and allowed me to get my life back.
After initially using another law firm and not being satisfied, I engaged Poppy as my lawyer and I couldn’t have been happier with her work ethic, professionalism and character. And of course, her deep knowledge of the law was evident. Poppy showed so much compassion and care. She was transparent and upfront regarding the fee structure, which I found very refreshing.
The service that Poppy provided throughout this legal process was exceptional. Poppy responded promptly to every phone call, email and text message. I was never palmed off to the receptionist. I dealt directly with Poppy at all times. Nothing ever felt like a problem for Poppy.
Poppy's constant support and guidance was invaluable; she made a stressful situation so much easier and bearable. We definitely had confidence and peace of mind, knowing that we were in the best and capable hands.
We not only got the best result that we were hoping for, but we were also supported to apply for a Cost Application to the court to get our legal costs refunded. With regard to the Cost Application, the court hearing was adjourned, and a separate court appearance was needed. Regards to the Cost Application most of our legal funds were refunded as Poppy was able to highlight that the police unreasonably failed to properly investigate our case before charges being laid.
