We initially booked this team for a one-off office clean behind our café, just to test the waters and see if it was worth committing to regular service. Honestly, we didn’t expect to be blown away but we were.
From the moment they walked in, they were professional, prepared, and completely self-sufficient. They didn’t need hand-holding or reminders—they just quietly got on with it, and within minutes it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. I genuinely didn’t realise how much dust and grime had built up in the office until they started working. Every corner, skirting board, under desks, even behind the printer—spots we’d long forgotten about were cleaned properly.
The floors were spotless, all the desks were wiped down with care, and even the inside of the office windows looked clearer. They even organised a few messy areas without being asked no shortcuts, no rushed job. By the time they were done, the space felt noticeably lighter, fresher, and honestly, just better to work in. You could see and smell the difference. Our staff noticed it straight away the next day.
After that first clean, it was a no-brainer we immediately booked them in for regular weekly cleaning, and the standard hasn’t dropped once. They’ve been reliable, consistent, and always leave the place looking like new.
We’re honestly so glad we gave them a go. Highly recommended for any business owner who thinks their space is already “clean enough” this team will prove otherwise.

I recently had the toilet floor professionally buffed and deep cleaned, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. The team arrived on time, brought all the necessary equipment, and got straight to work. They carefully buffed the tiles, removing years of built-up grime and hard water stains that regular mopping couldn’t touch. The floor was left looking shiny, smooth, and noticeably brighter. Even the grout lines were cleaned thoroughly, which made a huge difference in the overall appearance. The bathroom now feels fresher and more hygienic. Our carpets haven’t looked this good in years! Johnson’s team did a fantastic job removing deep stains and odors we thought were permanent. The freshness and softness underfoot surprised us all. Do not use this company. I had booked for an 8.30am clean, the cleaners didn’t show and called me at 9am to say they were in a different city hours away and are cancelling. Completely unprofessional and time wasters. When emailed to give them a chance to rectify they simply ignored me.

Avoid at all costs. Looked like the cleaner never came after he left. Then lots of intimidating and aggressive phone calls after I complained to Austral Cleaning. It was supposed to be a bond clean but ended up having to get another cleaner to fix the job because I couldn’t trust them after how unprofessional they were. Customer service is non existent and now they’re ghosting my emails. Absolute scam company DO NOT USE!
Edit: the below response from the company alone should tell you all you need to know 😂 as I said. Read and believe all of the terrible reviews. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the hassle. Will be reporting to the ACCC

I understand you have embellished the facts, as your review is found to be inaccurate and fails to reflect an honest experience as it fails to mention:
- Before any further engagement of our services - You formally acknowledged the Terms and Conditions: Quotes are estimates based of our experience. Before service commencement, an on-site inspection is set to be conducted to determine extra charges if necessary.
- In an event, service is deemed to be unsatisfactory. We aim to deliberately commence rectification process (Fix - Up) based off the exit condition report with no incurrence of extra costs reinforced by our 100% 5-day guarantee. No record of this being submitted, yet the cleaner was in touch with the agent the next day to rectify the issues as you stated "Thanks for organising with the real estate to re-attend the property. I expect the clean will be carried out with no further penalty to me or my bond" later stated "We have decided to let the real estate organise the rest of the clean to be carried out by their cleaner". "The real estate will not give access."
- Deliberate attempts for rectification declined, later disputed for a full refund
Cleaner's report:
- This property was filthy, advised we don’t clean damaged walls and wear and tear
- The customer and her partner still got the idea that wall wash is a must to every bond cleaning which I advised multiple times it’s not included, and your walls doesn’t need a wash as it will damage the paint even more than what it is now
- Some cleaning issues and they minor as the agent told me and we actually took action straight away
- After I organized re clean with her agent, she refused me to go back
- I have tried to call her and her partner many times she never answered, doesn’t allow anyone to talk or explain and just wanted to get everything for free, I have offered her everything, but she is such (removed) person, (removed) to the highest level doesn’t want to hear anyone just wanted to do things for free.
We support extremely adaptable and flexible cleaners who are happy to alternate tasks and always focus on customers highest priorities first. But we request customers at the same time to be fair in their expectations in the time/budget you agree with your cleaners. We note your request for a Bond Clean to be conducted which cleaners are more than happy to do’ — if enough time/budget is allowed.
