Ryan and Dick Lynch built me an amazing pool. Ryan designed it with me, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. It was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Ryan continues to respond promptly to any questions or minor issues that pop up and makes sure they are attended to VERY quickly. I love this pool and would not go with any other company. These are your guys!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst pool builder i know of. Had leaks behind Grotto and back of pool water line since they built it. Had them out once about 6 years ago and then again about 3 or 4 years ago to fix and they charged me several thousand dollars to fix, but it did not fix the leaks. Also had leaks in pipes buried underground improperly surrounded and protected by sand. They paid for part of that but I had to pay the plumber. Now I am having to spend another $7000 to fix the same leaks I paid them for already. I would not recommend them at all to build your pool unless you want continued problems after they leave. The pool beam in back was just not built properly with exposed steel now poking thru. Didnt use stainless screws on underwater fittings just terrible. My relative had them build his pool also and he had terrible problems and at one time the pool was totally unusable for a whole season because of them dragging their feet on the issue. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE !!!!!

Mike was our project/construction manager for our project which was an update for a 20 year old pool. We replaced the coping around the pool, some of the limestone in the design and sanded the rest. In addition, we upgraded all the valves , added a chlorine system, and can now control everything from our phones. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. Expectations for construction these days needs to be tempered with "stuff happens" but they informed us of delays and got the job done.

Without a doubt the process of getting our pool built was trying.... Everything that I have posted was an accurate history of the project. The final outcome has been a positive experience. The owner, Dick Lynch, reached out to me and made good on all the issues that we had with the pool. We purchased a home that had a pool built by PoolScapes in 2007. Now, all pools need repairs, especially one that is more than 10 years old. Understandable and expected. We had waterline tiles cracking and some cracked coping stones. Decided to fix. When the coping was removed, it was discovered that there was no grout joint (nothing in between waterline tiles and coping -- so the weight of the coping stones was directly upon the waterline tiles, pushed so much that they were breaking). Upon research and conversations with 4 repair companies, I have learned that there should be a buffer between the waterline tiles and the coping stones. So according to these 4 companies (who did not know who built the pool) the pool was built incorrectly. To do a correct repair would be to remove all coping, the waterline tiles that touched the coping, add the grout joint, replace/retile waterline tiles, replace coping stones. Not inexpensive. When I reached out to PoolScapes to learn what the waterline tile was (manufacturer, where purchased) so I could purchase to match I was completely blown off. I explained my situation on the phone and the woman said she couldn't find the file for the pool, couldn't reach anyone who could answer my question, and wouldn't be able to have someone call me back for at least a week. It's been 6 weeks. They have my name, my number. Crickets. I'm not asking them to repair any of their work that, according to the 4 repair companies I've asked, was done incorrectly. I'm not reaching out to the people we bought our home from who most likely had PoolScapes build their pool to let them know PoolScapes may have taken a shortcut on their new pool. All I wanted was to know was about the waterline tile. I have the contract for the pool. For the cost, I would have expected the pool to be built correctly. You trust the people who it is their job. Poolscapes builds pools, so you'd guess they would do it right. I never expected such a shortcut to be taken. They cost me thousands in repairs that should have not been needed. If they built the pool correctly it wouldn't have been an issue. All they had to do was call back and tell me about a tile.

These folks did a great job. They weren't the least expensive, but we're very competitive price-wise. We've had our pool for a year and it hasn't really had issues (the heater turned itsepf off a couple times, but even that is covered by warranty and hasn't had anymore trouble.) We had another issue we called them about that was maintenance related and they were friendly and told us how to fix it. My only small complaint is that the sheduling conflicts during the build made things drag on about an extra month or so. However as far as pool companies go this one does what it says it will do and stands behind its work. Therefore I highly recommend them.
My pool is now 6 years old and looks as good as the day it was installed. I have and will continue to recommend poolscapes for price and quality. On time and on budget. They are always welcome to show my pool to prospective customers. I'm that proud of it! I am also a pool inspector! Believe me, it was installed to code and concerns for safety were built in.

When my husband and I decided to build a pool we were referred to Poolscapes. We met with Richard Lynch and his son Ryan; we explained that we wanted a pool with more show than swim. Mr. Lynch was very patient with my husband as he kept changing his mind on what he wanted on the pool, features, fountains, and hot tub that was flush with the pool and negative edge all around. Richard said that they had never done anything like that but would come up with a design. When the design was complete, we loved it! From the beginning of the project to finish we had no complaints about anything.If we had any problems with the mechanics or the computer settings we called and they walked us through or came out and fixed the problem.
