Dr Shepherd is an excellent Doctor who explains the problem, the process to fix the problem and performs an excellent procedure. I appreciate his attitude and his caring for the patient

Dr. Shepard is absolutely amazing, and his PA is as well! Their experience and confidence truly show, and I have great respect for them. I now fully understand why they are called true ENT specialists! The office staff are also wonderful—friendly, professional, and efficient!
