The staff was very nice and were so helpful with getting my appointments and check in set up very easily so i have no complaints with them whatsoever very lovely staff however the rating I’m giving is more due to the care i recieved. I was expecting to see Dr.Whited but was met with a PA who’s name i can’t remember- she was very professional great bedside manner and all but i waited 2 months to see a MD- my referral said Dr.whited. The PA told me she’d get things rolling for Dr.Whited and I was totally ok with that except he didn’t even come in to take over- he came in to shake my hand , looked at my tongue mass,asked the PA what her plan was for a biopsy procedure and then *impatiently* gave me some numbing ointment and that was the last i saw of him. While the PA was nice it was discovered i may be dealing with a certain condition that can improve with treatments but was told to change to a soft diet for a few weeks to see if that would help even tho this have been a issue for me since i was a child. Although i am grateful i got a mass removed i am disappointed i didnt get the treatment and care i was expecting directly for a MD, especially when I’m there to see a specialist. I felt tossed to the side by the Dr and have never heard of a PA taking over a patient visit that is the dr’s to take care of. Don’t think i will be coming back.

I haven't even been to my appointment yet but had to come on here and say that Roxanne's customer service over the phone (Austin ENT Central) was beyond amazing. Somebody get this woman a raise! 🙂 In all seriousness, thank you, Roxanne. You really made things easier and less stressful for me today. See y'all soon! -Noah

Dr. Dammert - I came in on April 17th for diagnosis and treatment for my vertigo that I had had for a month. After your treatment I haven't had one dizzy spell, it's just amazing. Thank you so much, I'm very grateful. Shirley Anderson-Dunst

The professional stuff were great including front desk people but the office manager of the south location was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and even lied to me. Never again going back there.

Very thorough, nice staff

I've been going here for a few months and I'm very pleased all the way around, but today I'm reviewing the appointment desk. Angelica helped me recently and was outstanding!! She was very patient and friendly even when I had to put her on hold to take a call from my grandson and ultimately disconnected our call. She was in the process of calling me back when I recalled her and we had a good laugh about it all. I so appreciated her kindness and understanding and couldn't miss an opportunity to give her a shout out. Thanks again, Angelica!!

Dr. Whited very informative on the procedure. Highly recommend him

I would have given it zero stars. Waited 1 month for an appointment. Kept waiting 1 hour for the doctor who came in but left the door open and couldn't wait to leave. He even scoffed at something I said in disbelief as if I was lying. I will not be going back nor will I ever recommend this doctor or clinic. Appalling.

I've been having episodes of vertigo for over 6 months now, and Dr. Dao has stayed with me the entire time. My case is pretty unique and has been difficult to diagnose, but Dr. Dao has remained determined to help me find answers and relief. Even offering same-day appointments when symptoms become severe. She's thorough, knowledgable, and has great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Efficient office staff; they were prompt in returning phone calls. The doctor was clear in explaining my exam results. Overall, it was a very good experience. Hopefully, surgery will go as planned. 🤞

As always, Dr. Dao was thorough, informative, and frank. We're still addressing the problem -- obstructed by predictable insurance issues -- but Dr. Dao and the whole staff are efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

Dr Whited and his staff were kind and professional. He scoped my throat and diagnosed my issue with suggestions for treatment. It was an excellent experience.
