Apt. With Cassie, we arrived early for my apt. and was called back before my scheduled time. Cassie addressed my problem and said it would take her about 15 minutes. Cassie returned in less than 15 minutes and my issues was taken care of. She also addressed if this happens again to email her. Cassie has always gone above and beyond expectations.

Sona was great. she fixed my ear great and even worked with my on a self pay discount since I was unemployed at the moment. Been there 3 times already and I live almost 2 hrs away in San Antonio. worth the drive to Austin
