I recently had Aussie Hoses install a new retractable hose and taps, and I couldn't be happier with the experience!
From the initial contact to the completed job, everything was smooth and professional. The installer, Sam, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous, and clearly took great pride in his work.
Sam's installation of the retractable hose and new taps was efficient and neat. He made sure everything was perfectly positioned and functioning correctly before he left. He even took the time to show me how the new retractable hose mechanism works and ensured I was happy with the placement. The quality of the taps and the hose unit itself seems excellent.

We had two Aussie hose reels supplied and fitted in June 2025, one developed a fault, I contacted Aussie hose company and arranged a time to have a technician come and assess the concern. He agreed that the problem was not acceptable and replaced the unit with a new one without question. The whole process was smooth without any issues. Thank you Aussie Hose Reels. Daniel Smitham.
Worst experience. Stuffed me around with installation bookings over four weeks and at least 8 phone calls changing and pushing back the installation date. Eventually a date and time was confirmed and I even called two days before to reconfirm, then the day before it got changed again to a time I cannot be home for, then they wanted me to wait another two weeks before someone could come to install. Do NOT use if you value your time.
