I couldn’t be happier with the service from AUSCON Building Supplies. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care.
The delivery driver went above and beyond – punctual, friendly, and extremely helpful with unloading and making sure everything was placed neatly where it needed to go. It’s rare to come across drivers who take such pride in their work, and it really made the whole process stress-free.
A special mention also to Abdul – his customer service is second to none. Abdul takes the time to understand exactly what’s needed, gives honest advice, and ensures everything runs smoothly from the order to the delivery. His leadership clearly shines through in how the whole team operates.

This company is a joke. For a Buisness that sells fencing equipment they seem to have no understanding of the importance of timing and delivering the correct quantities. Before ordering I rang to confirm they had the right number of offsets I needed in stock and were they able to do a next day dispatch for a time sensitive job. Yes and Yes. They couldn't send me an invoice quick enough! Paid the invoice, 4 days later, no notice of dispatch, no emails responded too. I called to find out that suddenly the correct number isn't in stock. They said if I wanted the full amount it would have to get sent separately at my expense. Opted to just get what they had sent out. and the rest at a later date. 8 days from payment half the amount arrives. Ask where the rest is, 3 days later the next lot. I am still yet to receive the items they didn't have in stock. No apologies. Made no effort to rectify the problem.

Your review is an actual joke and a complete lie. You called us on the 18th July and we confirmed we had the products and we can send your order out on the day. We sent invoice straight away so we can send you the products to help with your job. We called for payment and you said you do not have the money at the moment and will pay when you get the money. So what did you do? you paid 4 days later without even notifying us before the weekend . We still sent the order out with 1 item worth $6 missing as we sold some in the 4 days that you waited before you paid and reserved for the items. As a company we do not hold items if you dont pay and reserve for them.
We strive to provide the best service and as a small business we have to defend these false accusations about our company. We prefer to serve customers that we can help and who appreciate the work we do to go above and beyond. To top it off we still sent you the missing item and we paid for the postage ourselves. Sad to see people making things up and make misleading reviews
