She balances the needs/responsibilities of the owner and renter of the property with ease, ensuring everything is above board and fair for both.

Nothing was ever too difficult for him – he answered all my calls and queries promptly and thoroughly, no matter the time or day. He treated the sale of the unit as if it were his own, showing genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout.
His fees were very reasonable, yet his service was nothing short of premium – as though he were selling a million-dollar mansion. My partner and I leased a property from Aurora Estate Agents for nearly 2 years and to say my experience was pleasant would be an understatement. After inspecting the house with Andrew and being the successful applicants, we had Sam as our agent and the service and kindness she provided was nothing short of great throughout the entire leasing period. There were not many problems however, if there were, Sam always made the process easy with great communication and very little wait times. I know how busy agents are, but Sam certainly made us feel like she always had the time for us, even going out of her way to make our life easier. I hope in the future; they have another property that suits us as I would love to be an Aurora customer again. Thanks for everything!! :)

Andrew, Samantha and the team have been managing my property for many years and they have been nothing short of amazing. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they took over my old property manager’s agency years ago as things usually become messy in transfers but everything transitioned seamlessly and the team is extremely dedicated. This is also evident when my tenant became a long term tenant as tenants leave if they feel mistreated by property managers. They are proactive in addressing issues and provide outstanding service. Samantha gives good suggestions and often plans ahead. They also listened to my concerns and suggestions which is important to any client. I am very happy to continue using their service and I am sure my tenant agrees.

We can not recommend Aurora Estate Agents highly enough. After years of substandard property agents you can not imagine our relief when we decided on Aurora to manage our home. Finally we do not have to worry about our investment as the knowledge and skill set this agency posses is second to none. Whether you want to sell your home or looking for a property manager you can not go past Aurora Estate Agents. We have not come across a real estate company that can compare. I had a terrible experience with this property agency as well as ANDREW NGUYEN from Aurora Estate from start to finish in buying my first house. First of all, I didn't receive any congrats or any warm welcome from them. From the very beginning, their communication was almost non-existent. I felt like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine interest in helping me.
On top of that, the agent was unprofessional and seemed unprepared at every stage of the process. He never followed through the promises he made. When it came time to negotiate terms or address any concerns, they were completely unhelpful and offered no real guidance.
I also felt pressured to make quick decisions without proper advice, which made me uncomfortable. They clearly lacked expertise and didn’t seem to care about my needs or priorities. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing them as my agent.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this agent at all costs. There are far more reliable, professional, and trustworthy agents out there who actually care about their clients.
If it was possible, I would definitely rate my negative 5 stars.

From the outset, we approached your purchase with professionalism and transparency. You attended the open home during the first week of the campaign and submitted an offer alongside six other buyers. Once offers closed, we confirmed the terms, conditions of your offer and explained to you the process moving forward. At this point, further negotiations had ceased and all buyers including yourself were aware of this.
Subsequently, you were informed that your offer being the best would be taken to the vendors for consideration. You agreed to proceed and said "if the owners accept, I will sign straight away". The vendor upon discussions with us, committed to your offer and formal contracts were sent out to you.
Despite your initial agreement, when the formal contract was sent to you for signing, it took four days and multiple follow-ups before you responded. At that time, you requested a $15,000 reduction in your offer and changes to your terms. At this point, the owner had already lost the opportunity to negotiate with other buyers as they had already purchased other properties. This placed the vendor in a difficult position, and they reluctantly accepted your new terms. Again, you insisted that "if the owners accept now, I will sign straight away, no questions asked".
We then sent you an updated contract with the amended terms, but after another three days of indecision, you requested further changes, including altering the deposit terms. Again, the vendor accommodated your requests. Even after these adjustments, it took additional time for you to sign the final contract.
Up until the point of finalising contracts, you attempted to delay at every point and there were days you were unable to be contacted.
Once the contract became unconditional, your balance deposit payment was delayed by four days, requiring repeated follow-ups from our team. On the day of settlement, you made last-minute demands for the vendor to address minor issues, such as replacing two light bulbs, items which totalled no more than $100.00. This caused undue stress for everyone involved, with doubts over whether the settlement would proceed on time.
At key collection, your behaviour was unacceptable. You verbally abused and threatened one of our female staff members, conduct that is entirely inappropriate and against our values at Aurora Estate Agents and dare we say anywhere else. The female staff member was so distressed that she had to be sent home for the day.
Despite this, we still fulfilled our promise to provide you and your housemates with a celebratory gift, which was met with hostility.
Even after settlement, we arranged for the lawns to be mowed, as agreed during the final inspection, further demonstrating our commitment to customer service.
Your claims of poor communication and lack of care are unfounded. It would appear that your review ignores the truth and instead is designed to inflict maximum damage.
Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale proceeded smoothly despite the many challenges posed by your conduct. We take pride in our professionalism and integrity and feel it is important to set the record straight for the benefit of our clients and the wider community.
