Very helpful, even he wasn’t my broker but I have been contacted him for advise , he engaged and tried to help me ,he contacted my broker and teach them what to do then few times contacted my lawyer and told him what to do and advised them too, he contacted to my bank and helped to sort out lots of issues the other brokers done , and lots of other help , If he wasn’t engaged and tried to help I definitely wouldn’t be able to settle my home loan and lose my deposit for sure

Thanks to Gaurav Shukla we were able refinance our home loan to a big 4 bank and were able to leverage my medical occupation to avoid LMI even without a traditional 20% deposit. He is quite knowledgeable and was also able to suggest ways where we can minimise our taxes legally on our house. Looking forward to work with him in future if we plan to upgrade our PPOR and any future IPs if we want.
