I would highly recommend Aum Care Group for care services for your friends and family members! We have been so fortunate to receive care from Aum Care and they are exemplary in the highest standards in care. I can see why they win so many awards! They are extremely meticulous when it comes to caring standards and they are the true definition of client care. Each staff member from the office staff to the carers, work tirelessly to really promote genuine family style care. The carers we have worked with have all been exceptional. Prior to using services from Aum Care, we were given care from various other companies. Each experience we had prior to this was terrible and we faced many challenges with carers who were not even trained in basic use of equipment and care. We searched tirelessly and were then recommended by a friend to this wonderful company. From then we have felt at ease and Aum Care carers have come in fully trained and on the ball. They have been so helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure my dad has all the comfort, care and independence he needs during his stroke rehab journey. They don’t just prioritise ‘care’ they look at other aspects of care that include happiness, satisfaction, exercise, rehab, independence, outings and other things that help boost and give confidence to the people they care for. This is not just a job for them you can tell it’s a passion and it is part of the values they have.
I would particularly recommend this service to south Asians as their carers are multilingual in various Asian languages as well as English. Although I know that the carers are so versatile in their expertise that anyone from any background would be lucky to recieve care from this family like company. They really treat their service users as if they are caring for their own families, that’s the beauty of this company that sets them apart from other generic care companies.

Krishna Chopda has been a live in carer with our family, caring for my mother in law for about a year. She has taken a huge burden off the family and she has an excellent skill set with her work ethic and approach to fitting in with the family.. We appointed AUM care to provide care services for my mum. They had assured us that mum would have a dedicated carer, which was important to us, who could also communicate with my mum in Gujarati. Palak who has been designated the primary carer has been providing this care for a couple of months now and we are very pleased with her.
