I would not recommend while they were the second lawyers I ended up with they continuously called every couple of weeks asking me how did my accident happen and I don't think they honestly fought for me they didn't give me my info to go with. The person that came to my house to sign the initial documents was the nicest out of all of them they seem to not work as a team and have attitudes when u ask them questions I basically signed just cause I got bullied and tired of their attitudes and I got tired of trying to find a new attorney they speak so highly of themselves on TV but the calls don't match their commercials behavior why would u drag a case on not informing me of how it all works just go keep asking me about my accident ? I got hit walking and people that got hit in their cars that I know personally got more then me 1 star yes I said I signed to get them offy back but I deserved more then wat I got and the numbers really didn't go up enough if u ask me

I was a 61 yo RN in January of 2024 and was on my way home from a 14 hour nursing shift at 9:30 pm in the Atlanta area. I was the only car at the intersection sitting at a red light. Out of nowhere and without any warning I was slammed into the rear of my new Jeep by another vehicle. . I thought of no other attorney but 1-800-CALL KEN. It was late at night but they took my info immediately and I received a call by 0800 the next a.m. by an attorney who already had the accident report. I was assured that my new Jeep would be repaired and I would receive the medical care that I needed. From that moment until now I have been notified minimally weekly or biweekly as my case has moved along seamlessly by Autumn Logan who assists my. attorney Casey Ford. Autumn has encouraged me and has seen to it that I reached max medical care through my chiropractor treatments until September of 2025. Autumn is thorough, caring, compassionate and kind. I went to all of my chiropractic appointments and am able to live the best quality of life possible but will continue to require follow ups. My settlement process is moving smoothly. No other law firm can compare. Thank you
