Richard from Attic Projects came in with a very reasonable estimate for a new roof on our property in San Diego. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the site every evening. It was clear the crew was not being rushed and was taking the time to do things right. There are always unexpected issues after a roof tear off but they were communicated clearly and handled appropriately. I am confident I made an excellent choice choosing Attic Projects. Richard was amazing! I've been trying to find the source of a mold issue in my 1940s home with a crawlspace and while an expensive fix and not something they can fix (it's a structural/stucco issue) he explained what was most likely happening and gave me recommendations on how to move forward. In addition to solving a long-running (and costly) problem he was personable, clean, and thorough, showing me pictures of everything as he explained his thought process.
10/10 -- will definitely use on future projects and recommend this company to any of my friends who need insulation or other attic-specific issues.

We had a great experience with Attic Projects Company! We had some rodents tap dancing in our attic and called Attic Projects to investigate. They did a thorough inspection and found several locations where the rodents were entering the attic. Thanks to everyone involved. Begining with initial meeting with Joe, who did complete inspection and clear explanations of issues and solutions. My house is a true antique. It was built over 100 years old. It’s in good shape however there were some spaces where rats could get in because there was some rats!!! I was just about to lose my Tenant and I had had another company come in over a year ago who only set traps and did a less than good job of completely rectifying situation, It seemed that all they were doing is catching rats, not fixing the the source of the problem by stopping any future rats. I called Attic Projects Company and they went right into action!!! 💪, They explained to me to eliminate the source of the problem is the solution not just simply catching Rats. They spent nearly a whole day, securing the house up on top underneath the crawl space, and all around. Particularly who headed everything that day was a wonderful man by the name of Jeremy Dean Nieto, He was calm when I was beside myself, he said I’ve got this handled ma’am and no one is better than me and us at fixing this problem. He spent the best part of a day there with another guy and so far, no rats! The owner of the company Tyson, assured me, they will never leave me until this problem is fixed, and Jeremy assured me of the same! Tyson and Jeremy have been back to me on the phone before during and now after the process. Jeremy has visited there and checked all the traps a couple days after the service, and no rats. The customer service and the intelligence that goes into finding these little vermin Is complex believe me, and this company and these two individuals have it down! I recommend you call this company if you have rats otherwise you’re just wasting your money calling any other company like I did. I trust them. I know that they will stick with me until there’s a consistent no Rat reality, which may be my reality already as there hasn’t been a rat since they went to my house and did their magic. Jeremy is awesome. He not only assured me he can do this with his many years of experience, but he calmed me down, and believe me it was a very comprehensive approach to not only fixing the problem but taking care of me as a person.
