My husband and I were gathering quotes because our pest control company which does insulation said we needed new insulation due to mildew all over. They said the insulation was depleted. He only showed photos to my husband in person and only sent one zoomed in photo of one wood beam. I found that odd. I wanted second and third opinions. Ariella from Attic Guard was absolutely amazing and thorough with photos and was responsive to all my questions after her inspection of our attic. I appreciate the HONESTY she had shown in her consult. She was truly HONEST in what she was permitted to assessed and in what she saw in our attic. She said we didn't need new insulation but we needed rodent proofing. She showed us all the photos and videos of the gaps and holes from our roof along with the dead rat and droppings. She graciously sent me all the photos and video she had taken of our attic. We agreed to do the rodent proofing since our home has a canyon. We received text notifications the night before and the morning of regarding the window of arrival and when they were en route. Ernie and his colleague were friendly and professional. Explained exactly what they planned to do. Plus, again photos! They showed us photos of their work AFTER they completed the work in the attic and the exterior of our home. Plus, this company doesn't charge you extra fees for using credit card to pay the final invoice. Again, HONESTY goes a long way. Thank you guys!

I hired Attic Guard to clean, disinfect and replace insulation in my attic, problems caused by rodents. Matan , the owner, aptly described the steps involved in the cleaning , replacing insulation and sanitizing of the attic. The crew followed through with his instructions and did a good job with the cleanup. I would definitely recommend this service as they do what is promised and are professional in all aspects of attic restoration .

We own a historic home on a canyon, with a very difficult attic and crawl space. I didn’t understand the difficulty of the project and the right steps to take until we met Mattan with Attic Guard. We interviewed 5 companies. And after a failed attempt by a “rodent expert” where. All he did was put out poison boxes, that didn’t work for thousands of dollars. We continued to live with rats for 6 months. When Mattan and his team were hired to do the project, they were professional from the start. The attic and crawl space were properly emptied, cleaned and sanitized. We waited a month then put all the new insulation in. He even created a beautiful extra attic closet for my luggage storage which was prior wasted space, now it is usable and clean. There was a bit of damage to the paint on ceiling from tape, but they came back and fixed and patched it, like new. I am truly grateful to be living in a clean and sanitized home, with a 3 year guarantee for piece of mind. I can highly recommend this company to do a professional and complete job, and take care of what needs to be done. Hire them!

A three-man crew showed up on time and went straight to work insulating the subfloor crawl space, walls, and attic. The services that Attic Guard promised was that by adding several inches of additional insolation in our attic (our main problem was our freezing master bathroom & closet areas) would help to keep the area much warmer. They said we needed insolation in the entire attic & garage too, although the rest of the house wasn't really a problem. The sales person was nice enough, but a bit aggressive. I know we should have gotten a second quote. Overall, their service made "ZERO" difference...especially in our master bathroom & closet. Do not waste you money.

Attic Guard recently handled nearly 2200 square feet of attic and crawlspace old insulation removal, disinfection, pest-proofing, sealing for us. Despite the sweltering conditions (85 degrees outside and a blazing 110 in the attic) they knocked it out in one day. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were incredibly clean and meticulous throughout. Their attention to detail was top-notch, and the crew left everything spotless.
