Five stars for A to Z Automotive Service in Cardiff, Newcastle,I was blown away by their customer waiting area—it feels more like a relaxation lounge than a car repair shop. They have a great setup with tea and coffee, an incredibly relaxing massage chair, and even a pool table to pass the time. It really shows they care about the customer experience. Last but not least, the actual car service was top-notch. Staff is fantastic, The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and I left thoroughly satisfied with both the work and the cost. Highly recommend!"

I have a 2011 Mazda 3 hatchback that had issues recently that made clunking noises and vibrations. Driving on lower speeds or lower gears while accelerating, made me feel uneasy as I wasnt sure if was the drive shaft or CV joint or something worse that lead the car to have a breakdown. I took it to A to Z mechanics and asked them to assess the issues, hopefully trying figure out if it was the drive shaft or something worse. With a quick assessment and phone call, I was notified the problem were the old engine mounts causing an uncomfortable driving experience. I am glad I trusted them and let them use their expertise to rectify the problem. The car now drives well and the old work horse stands strong. Thanks alot A to Z for your professional service and care. 🥰👌🏽

After the news wasn't good (the car was a total loss) he offered me suggestions on what I could do next and went out of his way to do what he could to help. Brough a car I was looking at buying here. Was in a pinch as it was a holiday and these guys were still open and looked at the vehicle right away. Waiting area offers pool table and complimentary drinks. Most comfortable I’ve ever been waiting for a service. Owner ended up advising against buying the car and really saved me. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

The man explained the issues and resolutions to me in a way that i understood everything he was saying. Amazing service and i felt very comfortable and not taken advantage of. I will be coming back.
