Had a multi-location move along with some items moved locally. The service all around was excellent. Our move took most of 4 days and we had Aaron and Joe for all 4 days. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. Would highly recommend.

This company delivered and unpacked my household goods that hda been shipped from overseas. They did an outstanding job! Arman was the driver and he was great to work with and made sure his workers did things right. William was one of the guys on the team and he was outstanding as well. They all shook my hands and were very courtous. They put down a runner into the house and on the 2nd floor to keep my floors and carpet as clean as possible. They asked where I wanted things and were very polite about asking for ice, water, and for use of the fridge for their water or lunch. William didn't want to touch my faucet since his hands weren't clean at one point, so he asked me to turn it on so he could refill his water bottle. I was extremely impressed with their manners. They also did a good job unloading and placing boxes and furniture, making sure to move furniture by lifting instead of pushing it across the floor. One worker accidentally scraped a small spot our wall. He came to me and apologized, and the driver helped me fill out a claim form for the damage. (It was a simple fix - a little mud & paint.) (That one worker was the only one with any faults; the others were perfect.) They gave me their contact information so they could pick up the empty boxes when I was done with the ones I didn't want them to unpack. They came promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Long distance move Moving is stressful but from the start of my experience, coordinating things with Susan Elenbach, to the end, it felt seamless. Anthony Reese and his team was exceptional when packing my apartment in Columbus. They packed everything carefully, took inventory of all my items diligently and explained it all to me step by step. Without a driver, like Anthony, to answer all my questions, I would not have felt confident. Not only did all of my items arrive in tact, with nothing broken, but they arrived on time and on the date I was told they would in Seattle. I used Atlas for both my apartment and my car and had a great experience both with the driver and movers in Columbus, OH and with everything in Seattle too. Ace relocation, with driver Nancy, handled my move in on the west coast, they were professional, timely and took all the cardboard boxes with them on the same day, leaving me with little to discard myself. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience start to finish!

Cape Cod to Dayton We had a very positive moving experience, thanks to the Atlas team comprised of Lewis & Michael, Inc. in Dayton (original arrangements and oversight), A. Walecka & Son in Wareham (estimate), and Ace World Wide Moving and Storage (actual move). Dylan, from Ace, coordinated and supervised the actual move and did a fantastic job. He was both personable and efficient, calming any fears we may have had and patiently answering questions and providing guidance. His two-man crews on Cape Cod and in Dayton were skilled at prepping, loading, and unloading our belongings (including a piano) and were all truly courteous gentlemen. We found no problems as we unpacked everything, proof of their careful treatment of everything. We highly recommend them and, by association, Atlas Van Lines.

Very smooth, very easy So glad we went with Atlas, everything went so well. From loading, to storing, to delivery at the new house. Everyone we worked with was really great, friendly, diligent. Trustworthy & Professional Lewis and Michael is a professional company that can be trusted with all your moving needs. They are affordable and responsive. Trevor and Bailey handled my furniture as if it were their own furniture. They were respectful, polite, and got the job done in a timely manner. I have moved many times in my military life as a child and as an adult, and this move, by far, was the smoothest. Susan was easy to work with and very responsive to my requests. Storage and move So far everything has been great with Lewis & Michael. Susan is fantastic. She answers all questions and returns calls in a timely manner. Trevor loaded my household items and was professional throughout the day. My belongings are being stored ant their facility until the move from Dayton to South Carolina. If that goes as well as my experience so far I’m sure I’ll be happy.

Aaron and Joe moved us from Covington to Erlanger, Ky. We were very impressed with the way they navigated through tight spaces. I was holding my breath wait to hear the scratching sound of furniture scraping woodwork, but that never happened. They just silently glided through the doorway. They did that over and over again. They were polite and hard working. They were on time everyday. They were considerate of our old and new neighbors. They encouraged us that they were up for the job and they were right. We will recommend your company to everyone we know who is moving.

I have Dwight as the lead and point person and not only were they professional but also quick and didn't damage any of the items. Ohio to Texas I had a great experience with Lewis and Michael Inc. My move was from Ohio to Texas. The packers and drivers were polite, hard-working and very accommodating. The move went without any flaws and the communication with the driver was excellent. I would highly recommend these movers if you are moving!

Did not take very good care with our possessions, several pieces of furniture damaged, though I suppose that’s par for the course… The real kicker was we were promised a crew that was recommended to us, but day of some other random crew showed up. We were supposed to have them for two days, they ditched us after moving one item on the second day and we were left to scramble and finish ourselves. Do not recommend.

Sarah, I'm so sorry that your move did not go as planned. I wish you had called me that day as we would have made sure everything was moved. I did call your husband a few times, but did not hear from him. After speaking with our operations department, the original crew were not available because of the date change. Just to let you know, the driver that you had is no longer in our employ.
