I came to this practice to replace my front-tooth crowns. The same-day crown appointment felt extremely rushed. The designs were completed in minutes, and Dr. Grace kept leaving to see other patients. She encouraged me to cement the crowns even though something felt off. After cementation, one tooth felt misaligned, and my live tooth became sensitive to hot and cold, something I had never experienced before.
When I returned with photos and detailed explanations, Dr. Grace dismissed my concerns, joked about how many photos I had taken, and insisted the crowns were “perfect.” Five months later, the sensitivity has only worsened.
Because communication with Dr. Grace had completely broken down, I requested a consultation with Dr. Mara. She was kind, understanding, and acknowledged the issues. She even discussed a plan to help me without any additional charges on her end, aside from the wax diagnostic itself. After already spending so much time and money trying to fix this, it felt like a solution was finally within reach, so I agreed to pay for the wax diagnostic and waited for the next steps.
But after waiting a month, the receptionist informed me that switching to Dr. Mara would cost $3,000 out of pocket because my insurance had already been used on failed work. I was then told that my only option was to continue treatment with Dr. Grace, despite my clearly stated loss of trust.
After I paid for a wax diagnostic, it’s ready a month later, the office refused to send the picture to me and insisted I come in person to review it. During that appointment, I was given conflicting information about who actually designed it. When I later proposed adjustments, I was suddenly dismissed as a patient. I was shocked by how they treated their patient, it truly opened my eyes🤯. They only offered a partial refund, not for the additional fees I had paid throughout the process.
This place is full of misleading info, and even their positive reviews feel questionable to me now. Overall, I felt dismissed, misled, and treated without empathy. Every step felt like decisions were made for the office’s convenience, not the patient’s well-being. I do not recommend Dr. Grace, for anyone seeking careful aesthetic work or transparent, respectful communication
My wife and I scheduled joint cleanings with two Dental Hygienist’s. During our post dental exam, both of us needed to have a tooth cavity repaired. My wife, however needed to a a root canal completed before a crown could be placed on the tooth. The office scheduled an appointment for us with a Dentist Specialist to complete the root canal procedure. With our joint follow-up appointment’s the Crown was able to be completed without scheduling another follow up appointment and my cavity repair was also performed. They accommodated our busy schedule by completing all of our dental work in a very timely manor.
