Atlantic Remodeling and Tim Carmody recently completed a total remodeling of our house in Delray Beach. The remodel include a new kitchen, 2.5 baths and new finishes on all walls, floors and ceilings. The job took 5 1/2 months and the home was unoccupied during the remodel. We are totally satisfied with the work completed and recommend Atlantic without reservation. We would use him again. Tim's communication was great. He showed up when he said and regularly reported his progress including photos. His all-in pricing and included designer made it easy to keep within budget. No surprises.
Recently I needed to renovate my master and guest bathrooms. I utilized the services of Atlantic Remodeling, Delray Beach. Timothy Carmody is the owner and general contractor. Tim and his team exceeded my expectations regarding communication, attention to details, and craftsmanship. Tim also did a superb job navigating my condominium’s HOA rules and regulations as well as the Highland Beach building permit process. I am looking forward to working with Tim on the next phase of the renovation and highly recommend Atlantic Remodeling.

We had our guest bath completely redone by Atlantic Remodeling. The process was so smooth. It was well planned out. Tim kept the project moving every day. His crew were on time everyday, worked hard, and did meticulous work. Tim communicated with us every day and was always on site overseeing the progress and planning the next days agenda. Tim & his guy Mário did a WONDERFUL job renovating our laundry room! The house was built without any access to the dryer vent or washer water hoses (buried under a glued-on countertop). We developed a novel way to allow access when needed and Atlantic did a fantastic job with the new countertops and new tile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this firm & team!!!!
