Originally, I purchased the wrong type of disposal, and the service provider allowed me time to exchange the disposal for the correct one. He was efficient and thorough and completed the job in a quick, but professional manner. I have used this company before and will again for my future repair needs.

Great service on time, work completed as described, no surprises. I highly recommend. Second time we have used AAR. Repaired an oven another company told me was unfixable. That was 3 Thanksgivings ago so we have used it repeatedly. Fixed my washer today. I called yesterday and within 2 hours come on time diagnosed the issue, arrived on time today and repaired at the quoted price. Do yourself a solid and call AAR!

Alex was able to diagnose our problem with great accuracy. Because of the mechanical complexity to fix the bearings they didn't offer the service to repair; to their deffence no one does. However, my trade skills and 3 hours of work we were able to fix it. Alex really helped me pin point the problem and check all other possible points of failure. Yesterday 11/19/24… Alex the technician fixed my washer. When I say he is excellent beyond words. His level of intelligence and patience while troubleshooting was unmatched. A technician from another repair company had-just came out and basically didnt do the job and tried to take my money for doing nithing. Alex spent a lot of time, I mean taking this wire and seeing if my washer would work and etc. I am forever grateful to finally find an outstanding, knowledgeable ( great personality) and not expensive repair person and company. I needed help on reattaching a clothes dryer vent hose. . They worked around my schedule and the next morning this issue was resolved in a short amount of time. This requires working in a confined space of a laundry room, but Alexander did it expertly and quickly. A fair price and good service, I will put them at the top of my list of who to call for repairs!
