Compré la esterilla para viajes con miedo de que fuera muy finita, pero la verdad es que es súper cómoda para transportar. Las rodillas no duelen, es muy firme y nada deslizante.
La almohada de meditación es hermosa y cómoda. Si te cuesta meditar porque te empieza a doler la espalda, creo que la almohada es la solución, porque podés estar en el suelo durante mucho tiempo y el cuerpo se mantiene cómodo.
Super recomendable ambos productos :)

Atha exceeded my expectations and bent over backwards to get me a yoga mat on such short notice. I message the WhatsApp number at almost 1am not thinking I would get a response until the next day. Sure enough 5 minutes later, Michael, the owner, had responded asking if it was an urgent request and if he could work with me. I had a yoga class in the morning so he agreed to meet me at 9:30am to deliver the yoga mat so I could have it in time for my class. Keep in mind this is an online store so not only did he go out of his way to get me the mat in time but also hand delivered it to me in the pouring rain the very next morning. I am just blown away by their customer service + the mat is exceptional! Works for indoor/outdoor, nonslip, great grip, very easy to clean, and has a strap which makes it easy for carrying! 100% recommend this shop! Thank you so much for your immediate response and going above and beyond for me!

I visited the offline place today to try and buy cushion and mat (zafu and zabuton) for meditation and Michael (the owner) was super friendly and ready to collaborate -- even though there are no dedicated offline store so far, he went with me to the storage and gave me a chance to try and select the right cushion for my pose and height. Moreover, he gave me a good discount because I took it directly without need to make a delivery. The cushion and mat are ideal: perfect size, convenient shape, natural filling, removable outer cover for cleaning, nice range of colours. I am sure my Vipassana practice at home will be perfect with that equipment.

I recently started meditating, and I’m so happy with this meditation cushion. It helps me sit comfortably and, most importantly, with good posture, which makes meditation much more enjoyable. The cushion has the perfect height and a soft yet supportive filling. It takes the pressure off my joints and allows me to focus better on my practice.
Just perfect for meditation - firm, comfortable, and made from organic cotton. Would buy again!

Antideslizante, vegano, sostenible y respetuoso con el medioambiente, fácil de limpiar y de máximo agarre aún en ambientes muy húmedos. Después de varios años probando diferentes mats de marcas de referencia como Liforme o Maduka, sin duda, precio-calidad: ME QUEDO CON ATHA. I ordered the yoga mat bag in green and it's just what I needed. Fits larger yoga mats, comfortable strap, sturdy and looks great. Came quickly too and the staff followed-up to make sure I got it. Great service and great product
