Once again, I am happy to report another top quality interaction with ATD for the semi-anual servicing of my HVAC units. Professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, upfront, and reasonable- all rare these days. I do not take time to write reviews often, but I make exceptions for exceptional companies.
ORIGINAL REVIEW from Summer 2025:
Faith in humanity restored. That is the best way I can describe my sentiment after working with ATD to get a new HVAC and ductwork. We had 3 other companies come to our home for repairs, quotes, and inspections- they were either pushy, impersonal, or ridiculously overpriced. I thought I had a mutually exclusive conundrum: this was my first time purchasing a new HVAC, and I take pride in my frugality, being very careful to be a good steward of my resources. When Shawn and Melissa were highly recommended from a credible source, the last shred of hope I had for finding great workmanship at a reasonable price was placed in their hands. From start to finish, they were respectful, personable, sympathetic, punctual, and responsive. Did I mention that they had the most reasonable price of all? It seemed too good to be true... but they finished the install yesterday, and we could not be more pleased! I was quick to sign up for their maintenance plan because I do not want to deal with anyone except them ever again. Also, I feel really good about doing business with a veteran- not only did he serve the people of this nation, protecting the comfortable lifestyle that so many of us provincially take for granted, but now he works hard to LITERALLY keep us cool and comfortable with warm regards.
