Vincenzo, really knew his stuff. Examined the leak and fix the leak. Cleaned up afterwards, returned all to working order.

Jim was very nice and respectful he was very Knowledgeable he let us know before hand of work we needed for our Furnace. I believe he is Honest about the information given. At this time nothing was repaired. After I received more details.

I had a great experience with Mr. Arnott from Astar Plumbing. He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how much time he took to clearly explain the issue we were dealing with, making sure we fully understood our options. He didn’t rush the process and was very thorough in pointing us in the right direction for the best solution. It’s not often you come across someone so patient and informative. I am completely delighted with the service provided to me by Astar plumbing and heating. On the second visit I scheduled work to be completed on new plumbing for my obsolite drainage system The technician on this visit was Nick Fuentes. Service rep Rick left me with a clear understanding and diagram of the work that will be completed. This is a fairly complicated situation which requires repiping into the existing septic line. Not an inexpensive repair but requires master plumbers and new materials.
Today ASTAR returned and completed the replumb of all my drains correctly with undersink vents directly to my septic system. Finally I am able to wash dishes, do laundry and flush the toilet. Two professional plumbers lead by technician John Gustafson. I will always call ASTAR for plumbing issues, real pros. A pleasure to have them work on my 250 year old house.

Astar's Brian Zekus(Zeke) came yesterday for an A/C checkup to get ready for the summer months. He was professional and made adjustments to ensure our AC is working well and efficiently. We've already noticed improvement in the air flow and many thanks to Zeke and Astar for their outstanding products and service.
