I have been getting laser treatments for almost a year now and I love the results. My cellulite on my legs are smoother and almost gone. I’ve been getting the fine lines on my forehead lasered, and those are disappearing overtime as well! I recommend Astanza for all your laser needs. Love this place!

Do not waste your money on buying any of this company’s equipment. They promise you the world as a great salesman should but after you sign and become a customer of theirs they provide you with progress photos that are flip phone technology at best. The marketing they promise is an absolute joke from all the material that is branded with their company logo to the 60 leads in 60 days(Joke). The results from these extreme entry level lasers are horrible. Also they are constantly hounding you to try some on the new things they have to offer which again do not work. My laser had a spot beam cable go bad within the first 6 months and they wanted me to pay for shipping. The service tech that came out forgot many screws in the chassis and after my complaints they were nice enough to send them to me so I could install them. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company that actually makes a good product. Again I say this because these lasers are from a different company that they change the case and put stickers that show there company name. I can name names but do not feel that is needed they all know who they are and what I’m saying is the truth.

Working with Astanza has been a great experience thus far. I have worked with them for a year and a half and have been consistently impressed by prompt responses to any questions I had or help that I have needed along my journey. I have worked with Josh quite a bit and he is great. He is always on top of things for me and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am doing good. He helped me set up my business long before I ever purchased anything from Astanza. If you are interested in going into the laser tattoo removal industry, I highly recommend going through Astanza. Their consulting, training, and continued support is worth the money.

3 stars for personal experience…
They have treated my tattoos since 2019, and I have only ever had to reschedule/cancel 2 times in those years for the 6 week-apart Community Laser days.
I walked in for my next session to model my treatment for the laser students as per usual, and arrived on the DOT. (I have severe ADHD and have given my utmost best effort to remain consistent & punctual) I was removed from the system originally; thinking that this was a mistake I re-made the appointment & showed up.
I come to find that, instead of communicating like adults, that was their way of deterring me - I am told that they “reserve spots for more reliable client base” (something along the lines of that) and when I argued my case that I’ve only had the two instances, THEN it was that they “did not have time to treat me!” even though I was there on the dot for my treatment with that time slot booked out, regardless.
I do not blame the passive yet professional lady who relayed this information to me. I blame Justin, who has directly had this long-standing issue over ONE re-schedule that I communicated to him. If he had an issue with the last appointment that I did not make it to without warning because I was in a treatment facility, then I would like to have known that.
I do not appreciate nor accept the blatant lies to my face; I do not respect Justin’s cowardice practice of removing me without communication behind a decision I wasn’t aware of - as I have been a long standing laser model with SEVERAL small pieces on my body to contribute to the lessons.
Other than that, this is a valuable facility that gives back to their community + professionally interacts with their students, staff, & models in a sanitary facility.
