The engineers are always on time and let us know when they will arrive. They are always polite and do the job quickly. I would trust if they found anything that needed repair. Now it is possible to pay by card which makes payment easy.

I have used Assured heating for a few years now and when we moved address we called them to check the new boiler. Mitch arrived on time and unfortunately for us the boiler was not in a safe condition at all and he had to turn off the boiler. He was great and explained all the issues the boiler had and reassured us that the gas was now safe until we have another installed. We did not receive a hard sell and received a quote when we requested one. I have all the confidence that the new boiler will be installed professionally. Brian has booked this in as soon as possible and we appreciate all your help. Thank you for your advice and support.

After installing my boiler 4 years ago, I had Assured Heating service the boiler. They attended on time, explained what he was going to do, tidily carried out his work and completed all the paperwork, checked all was working and removed the little waste that arose. Very satisfied Will use them again next year.

I recently changed my boiler service package changed from HomeServe to Assured Heating Essex. Assured Heating attend my first annual boiler service under the package I have with them. All I can say is what a first class service I received from there engineer Mitch (who deserves a mention for his over all professionalism) I had my previous package with HomeServe for three years, but on my annual HomeServe boiler visit they never picked up a flue fault but Assured Heating did. The fault was, the flue was not sealed correctly on the outside of my property, the Assured Heating engineer Mitch explained the consequences of not having the flue sealed correctly. Mitch then proceeded to correct fault at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Great overall service from start to finish and I would highly recommend Assured Heating Essex..

Great service for my boiler service. Quick availability as called on the Tuesday and got serviced on Thursday. Lovely engineer who prompted me to my warranty booklet in order for him to record the service done today. Previous engineers have not asked for this. Thank you!
