Our point of call Duncan for our mobile needs and Hollie for landlines and broadband are always professional and go above and beyond. We always give Associated Telecom's name as a recommendation. We swapped telephone providers to Associated Telecoms - and the best way to describe the company prepared to the previous one we used is like night and day or black and white. The cost of of phone system has considerably reduced, the service levels are exceptional, assistance is given every step of the way, queries are quickly dealt with and resolved and all staff go above and beyond. My only regret.....I wish that I knew of this company several years earlier.
