My wife experienced a serious ankle injury that, among other things, required that she have surgery, wear a cast and keep her ankle elevated for 23 out of each 24-hour period. She could only move around on either a knee roller or on crutches. I wanted full-time help to supplement my efforts. I wanted someone in our home 24 hours per day. Based upon my on-line search and a discussion with the Chief Executive Officer of Assisting Hands Home Care of Naples, I retained their assistance. Each week was split up between two of their representatives-Michelle King and Jenny Odena. Each of them was superb. They arrived each day on time over a six-week period. They were very helpful. Consummate professionals. Importantly, since each of them was in our home eight hours each day, they were each also easy and pleasant to be around. Should we ever need this type of assistance again, we will retain Assisting Hands Home Care of Naples and we will request Michelle and Jenny. Many thanks to you both...and thanks for helping with our new puppy.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The caregivers are amazing, the nurse assigned to us - Cinda - is amazing, and the President of the company is amazing. My mother fell and broke her pelvis. She was released from the rehab facility (way too soon in my opinion), and needed 24/7 care. She loved each and every caregiver. I was there the first few days and got to witness the quality of the caregivers - amazing! Assisting Hands did a great job trying to schedule the same caregivers whenever possible. I live in Tennessee, so it was such a comfort knowing she was taken care of. Due to messy family dynamics, my step father made things very difficult for all involved. Eric Brown, the president of Assisting Hands, handled the issues with extreme professionalism. I could not have gotten through those weeks without Assisting Hands.

When my 95-year-old mother was injured and I needed emergency 24/7 care, my first call was to Eric, the owner of Assisting Hands. He arranged round-the-clock caregivers in just minutes. In less than a couple hours, there was a caregiver at her side. Every member of his team treated mama with dignity, compassion, and respect. Their professionalism and kindness gave me peace of mind. We were very pleased with Assisting Hands Home Care and how they cared for my mother-in-law. Starting with the first conversation my husband had with the owner Eric, we were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help us even before we hired them. The analysis and care plan put together by RN Joanne was excellent and care giver Sonia was very conscientious and kind. They are a team that works together and communicates always seeking the best for their clients. We had some changes in care necessitated by changes in my mother-in-law's health and the Assisting Hands team timely accommodated every request we made. We would highly recommend them.

Assisting Hands has been helping us for four years. They provide trained caregivers I can trust to care for my wife while I'm not at home. We depend on them for the first 2 in our 2-2-2 plan; if I'm incapacitated, they will get help to my wife within two (2) hours. That's a big relief. My only problem is their 8-hour minimum for patients on Marco Island. They are flexible when our schedules don't always work as we planned.

Look no further if you need home health care for your loved one...Assisting Hands is the best of the best! My family could not have survived the last 6 weeks without Cinda (Nurse Case Manager) and all the aides. Each aide was compassionate and kind and cared for my dad like they would have their own family member. If I could give Assisting Hands 100 stars, I would! Assisting Hands is an amazing organization. They helped us navigate my father’s Alzheimer’s every step of the way with kindness and support. They truly go over and beyond to take the pressure off and handled every detail such as picking up needed items. Daily visits to the memory care facility with updates multiple times per day were appreciated. Also, very easy to communicate with at all hours. I can’t say enough about this wonderful group of people and I highly recommend them. We are truly grateful for all they did for our dad and family.

My mother had a hip replacement, after picking her up from the hospital we realized she would need help. Assisting hands sent someone right away for 24 hour care which was fantastic. The ladies were sooooo nice and helpful! Oline and GG were great and I would certainly recommend this company for family and friends.

The absolute best service and caring I could imagine. We have had them years for two family members. Dave and I could never have done this without you. We were contemplating working with the attorney to bring them back to Ohio before we found you. I don't even remember how it came about, but I can only think God intervened to bring you into our lives. I know they would never have had the level of care they received without you. I know better than anyone how hard it is to get good employees but it's a lot different in our business. Your employees truly care!!!

Even with the bar set quite high, they managed to exceed my expectations on every level. My mother really bonded with each caregiver, while receiving 24-hour service at home and eventually in the hospital. What a great company to help care for my mom. All their staff are caring and helpful. Quick and efficient response when needed and follow up. Eric the owner, responded to my initial inquiry within 5 minutes and it was after hours. Assisting Hands came to my rescue after a dangerous fall. The owner, Eric Brown, went over and above to make sure I was taken care of on very short notice. Every worker was obviously trained well and had a high level of compassion. Aftet one night of outstanding care, i aked to work with Irene. She was with me for about 2 months, and i only have positive things to say. Her caregiver skills and intuitive abilities made me feel safe. And her genuinely caring personality made me feel loved. Even the cat agrees.

This company is amazing!!! The owner Deanna listened to my concerns and provided excellent care for my mom after suffering from a stroke. Joanne her nurse supervisor went out of her way to meet my mother and over see her care while in rehab. She made the transition from rehab to her home seamless. Assisting Hands was a God send. This organization has been tremendous in helping with my Dad. They stepped in immediately, and were able to handle changing situations and were flexible even when things were out of control and unknown. Their staff was tremendous with Dad and getting him moving positively more then any staff st his location. Jennifer really helped us in a pinch and had a great positive outlook.
