We have used AHC for my mother for the last year. It does take a bit of give and take to get the team that is a perfect fit. We have it!! Caregivers, Abby and Shea go above and beyond what is expected of them. Our team managers are ALWAYS available when we have ideas or concerns. I don’t give a 5 star rating easily but I feel it is well deserved.

The best assistance home care agency to be employed with
A typical work day for me is arriving at my clients home preparing breakfast and doing a morning med reminder. If it’s to shower day I do my daily cleaning tasks. Once or twice a week I take my client out in the community to do some shopping or just have lunch. Before I leave I make sure my client has dinner and ensuring she has everything she needs for the evening. Pros: One of the best things about working at Assistance home care is the flexible scheduling Cons: There isn’t any downsides

Pros:I love my job with Assistance Home Care and have been here almost 7 years. The owners and coworkers are amazing caring people. We work hard but also have so much fun during the day. It fills my heart to help families care for their loved ones in their own homes. Cons:There is nothing I don't like about working here.
I had major back surgery and needed help at home with laundry, cooking, showering, etc.. I hired Assistant home care for my help. I did have a problem a couple of nights with getting people to stay awake during the night. I contacted Assistant Home Care, and they quickly took care of the problem. The day help was exceptional on most days.
I would hire Assistant Home Care again if i needed assistance again.

Assistance homecare is a great place to work for any stage of your life-Just starting out in the caregiving world? Good place to learn the ins and outs of healthcare and be connected with the whole team of caregiving to learn much more In school? Parenting? This job has let me live my life outside while still working comfortable hours. Truly a set your own schedule. I have absolutely loved every moment that I have spent with this amazing company. I have never been with a more approachable, warm, and inclusive team. I come in everyday knowing that my clients are loved by their team, and that the team is loved and supported by the office staff. I can always be confident that if anything comes up, and I need to take the day off, or call in, I am understood, supported, and given the time I need to deal with my personal matters. I never feel judged, or pressured to come in when I know that I have other determinants effecting my day. There have been times where I have requested some additional hours, and the office staff is always willing to find me a fill-in shift, and meet me half way. If I could help it, I hope to stay with this amazing company for as long as possible. They truly care about their client's, their caregivers, and all the supporting staff who work here. A company that not only shows they care with their words, but with their actions. Pros: Amazing staff, flexible hours, OT available, great clients, Pto, and CDS training courses. Cons: None

Assistance Home Care is a great company to work with.They are very professional and in formative.The clients are easy to care for and very understanding.While attending to their needs genuine care is a plus it's helps them to smile everyday. Learning new things and/or better ways to support others has been a plus. Pros: Very flexible schedules and rewarding pay scale. Cons: My only cons would be when a client cancels their services for the day.

Love this company! All the staff in office shows so much appreciation for our hard work. Make my own hours and there’s always overtime available. They are very flexible as well. Hands down the best Home Healthcare company I’ve work for! Pros: Flexible schedule Cons: None so far
