Avoid this company and their fake reviews . Definitely reach out to me how and why they should never be hired. I have full documentation and their email trails with me. They sent salesman Eskenazi a little over a year ago for estimate in replacing our windows and doors . We hired them and waited weeks, however , weeks later when their actual contractor came they completely made up excuses and walked away from the work cause according to their calculations the cost was not profitable for them . We wasted time , emails , communication with city . I even had my attorney who was ready to sui them, and their owner got into a conference call with me apologizing and still not wanting to do the work coming up with all types of excuses . If anyone wants to read their emails and listen to our recorded calls reach out to me . Don't want you to get burnt and have your projected halted months

In situations where the assessment identifies significant discrepancies from the original scope, we present the findings to the customer and provide options, which may include revising the project scope, approving a change order, or canceling the agreement.

While we understand your frustration, we believe proceeding with a project that cannot be completed correctly or responsibly would not be in the best interest of either party.

My new hurricane impact (Windows & Doors) are now installed and passed inspection with flying colors. I’m really glad I went with ASP. After signing the contract, everything went on schedule and all of the work was complete before hurricane season. Once the permit was approved and the (Windows & Doors) that were custom-made, were manufactured, the installation began. The two installers, Yaniel and Carlos, were at my door every morning by around 8 AM. They were very nice and totally focused on the installation and I am happy to say that they took great care and pride in their work. Everything came out beautifully. I wanna thank the entire ASP team that helped me out: Yesi, Yaniel, JC, and Carlos. Every day during the installation, ASP followed up with me to make sure that everything was going OK.
