The ASP Transport turned out to be super professional company ! They took care of: - helping with all the paperwork (moving from UK to the EU) and customs declarations etc, making this process extremely smooth ! - loading all of our boxes (we packed our belongings ourselves) onto the track - unloading at the destination (we did not have to cary a single box!) - they also applied additional protection to some of the boxes /items, to prevent any water damage etc... Loading of the track took about 2 hours (135 boxes of various sizes, totalling in around 1500 kg weight). During the trip (from UK to Poland), they provided updates, regarding the progress and the whereabouts of the track. Unloading at the destination (we chose to have our things delivered to a local storage facility called Less Mess Storage), also went super smooth, and everything was done and dusted in about 2 hours, without us needing to be there at all. We arrived at the destination a week later and checked the storage facility, and found that not only our things arrived in a great condition (no damage etc..), but were also really nicely stacked, making it easy to access the storage space to pull out what we needed. I was really shocked at the quality of the services provided by ASP Transport, and if I was to move home again, I would definitely use them again ! - on top of that their pricing was really good (compared to other international removals companies that only provided transportation (and you would need to move everything yourself - which isn't soo great when you have been suffering lower back problems for the last 15 years !) - important thing to notE: their INSURANCE covers your things not only while in transport, but also when they are being loaded / unloaded ! If you are looking for a company that will help you pack, load , move then unload everything, don't look elsewhere, talk to ASP Transport !

I wanted nothing more than to provide this company with a 5 star review but unfortunately after a bad experience which I had planned to resolve amicably and in private, its clear this company are only out to look after the money in their back pockets. I experienced numerous contractual failures on my removal date, including damage to my property. I felt uneasy even highlighting these issues with the company shortly after moving however, despite initially being asked what my expectations were from their errors, once I replied I was faced with a AI generated email with a load of T&Cs and legal jargon that meant any kind of rapport with the business was lost, they couldn't even sign off the email with a name of who sent it. I have since been met with complete silence. Id ensure before choosing this company that you are their only move on the day. It was made evident to me by the company and their social media that there was a bigger paid job happening on the same day as my move, as such it appears their protection supplies were placed elsewhere because they were no where to be seen on my move. EDIT: As my initial review states, I have made contact directly very amicably and privately and was ignored as soon as my expectations didnt comply with what you wanted.

Honestly can’t say enough about how great ASP were. Price was competitive, and we opted for full service with packing. Quoting was knowledgeable and professional and immediately gave me a good feel for the team. The packing day was entirely stress free, and I wondered why I took a day off work. After a quick chat about what will go where they did everything for us. On the moving day the four lads put in an absolute shift. We had a lot of stuff and some pretty horrible stairs to try and get furniture up, but not once did they complain - in fact it was jokes and friendly chatting all day until the late evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ASP again.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They turned up at 07:30 to begin packing up 3 vans. They worked like trojans for 4 hours - and all with lots of smiles & plenty of banter. Then they drove another 4 hours to our new property and spent yet another 4 hours unloading - again, all with a smile despite hoiking heavy units through not the best access, upstairs and wherever we wanted them. And, zero damage or breakages. The comms throughout were great. From first contact through to post-completion, this was good old-fashioned customer service that's rare to find these days. What an incredible team and service this company provides. From the very start they were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The quote was the most competitive by far, and I got 5 quotes! Lots of big, heavy and awkward furniture to move and not a single thing damaged. All the other firms wanted two, some three days to load and unload but this team did everything in one day with ease. Having moved many times before this company by far are heads and shoulders above everyone else. Highly recommended with no hesitation at all. Thank you for making our move seamless and pain free!
