Dr. Surber and his team are absolutely amazing. I had a small surgery/procedure done today prep my mouth and rid it of some lingering infections and inflammation before I get my All on X implants done ima month. They did absolutely everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible from asking me if I wanted a blanket to asking me consistently over and over if I was doing ok during the work since I was awake for it to the best after care kit with extra gauze, chapstick, after care instructions and the most fantastic reusable ice pack. I was nervous about this being done and I was even more nervous for my big surgery in a month but after today’s in prep of surgery/procedure I am feeling so much better about my big surgery! I know without a doubt I am in the absolute best had a not just in the Northwest Indiana area but the entire Chicagoland area.

Drs do not have patience for children afraid of needles. Sent my 10yr old home who has a cyst that’s infected. I had to ask for antibiotics or else they would’ve just sent us home with him in pain. Great for adults, horrible for kids.

The surgery ( removal of an implant i got 40+ years ago) I had done went seemlessly between Aspire and my dentist Modern Dentistry. Very professional, warm and cosy operation. Very personable staff and did not feel like just another client. Things went so smoothly i think i dozed off in the chair. Even got a checkup call to see how i was doing that evening. Of course everything was fine. I would recommend Dr Stevenson in a heartbeat.

I have been a dental hygienist for almost 15 years and typically have a home office I am seen at. Recently my husband’s job took us 2 hours from home and that’s quite a drive to make for an appt. When I had an issue arise and had some concerns about my lower right implant bridge this entire office from everyone up front to the assistant and doctor were just exceptional!!! Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and took their time with me listening to my concerns. I felt nothing was rushed and doctor and assistant were thorough. They helped me with my issue and I couldn’t be more grateful. No one asked me to leave a review. I felt led to just based on how awesome my visit was. If you’re looking for a new oral surgery office and trying to decide where to go I believe this would be a great office for one to choose!

As a white knuckle dental patient I would say the procedure went well. I have had a large amount of bleeding requiring a fast 45 mile trip to get repacked and sutures again. I might suggest involving the patient more on blood thinners. As an 80 year old I have had many procedures and have always been told to stop my blood thinners 3-5 days prior to the procedure. Not this time and I seem to be paying for it .

Doctor Stevenson removed my wisdom teeth him and the whole staff made the process very easy and comfortable i was also impressed because after the surgery Doctor Stevenson took the time to call me after office hours on a weekend to check on how i was recovering and if i had any questions or concerns i highly recommend Aspire!

Dr Fairchild removed my upper cracked tooth. The site healed quickly and I feel great 2 days later. I have a great dental phobia and the staff put me at ease right away. During the extraction Dr Fairchild checked to make sure that I wasn’t feeling any pain. Dr Fairchild followed up with me later that evening. I definitely recommend Dr Fairchild.

We took our daughter here for her wisdom tooth removal in May of 2024, because she was having some jaw pain, which her dentist had attributed to wisdom teeth. While she had a fairly rough case (her wisdom teeth were impacted and she had roots that went up into her sinus cavity), she did have a fairly rough recovery. She was down for about a week.
It was a fairly expensive event, too. We were willing to pay it, though, because of the quality of care we were assured, and we were hopeful that she would be on her way to having a life without pain in her jaw.
Fast-forward to today. My daughter still has jaw pain, and she has been referred to a TMJ specialist. The TMJ specialist has required a CT scan for part of their treatment plan, and we remembered that our daughter had a CT scan at Aspire prior to her wisdom tooth extraction. So, both the TMJ specialist and we reached out to Aspire to see if we could get a copy of that CT scan.
Aspire told all of us that in order to get a copy of that CT scan, we would need to pay $480 to get it because they have to put it on a jump drive. (!)
For a practice who includes the word "compassionate" in their tagline on the home page of their website, I find this policy to be quite the opposite. I have contacted them and told them as much, but they clearly do not care about being perceived this way, as I received no response. (I sent an email about a week ago.)
The claim (which I was told over the phone) is that they don't charge you for those scans when you come there for service, but I bet dollars to doughnuts it is included in the (already very hefty) price tag. So, that doesn't make me feel any better about shelling out additional cash because it is an inconvenience for them to provide my daughter's medical/private information to us.
So, potential patients beware: if you hope to be able to have access to your scans, be prepared to pay A LOT to get them. I'll pay my new provider to do it istead (and potentially expose my daughter to more radiation).
