Terrible customer service. I was late ONE TIME on an invoice due to medical issues and they sent it to collections! I never received a call or notice in the mail and get flooded with emails, so missed that it was overdue. I apologized and paid it immediately and now they don’t want to service our company again. I’m honestly shocked. I also felt the price was higher from the start and there was a push to do a monthly service. They did a decent job, but it’s not worth it to deal with bad customer service and people that aren’t understanding. I do NOT recommend.

We are sorry to hear that you are upset about paying your businesses invoice from April. Our 14 attempts to contact the business via phone call, email, and text message since then were clearly ineffective. And for that we apologize.

In light of that, as our final email stated, it is clear that American Softwash is unable to provide the level of service that your business is looking for, and we are unable to provide services to your business moving forward.

Had an initial estimate that was honored on the invoice. Tyler was our technician. He was professional, efficient, and left our house much cleaner than he found it. Very transparent communication, setting expectations. Fully recommend this company. Would add pictures but it looks like a clean house lol

This company is fantastic! We first hired them a few years ago for Christmas lights, and we've been using them ever since. Every year, they have the lights up before Thanksgiving (just the way I like it) and take them down shortly after New Year's. The entire process is always easy and professional. This year, we also hired them for window washing and a driveway power wash. The technician who handled both services was incredibly friendly, professional, and a true perfectionist. I wish I had gotten his name! He even waited for the driveway to dry completely before leaving so he could make sure every stain came out (photo attached). We’re having them do a full exterior house wash in the fall. I'll be requesting the same technician if possible. I highly recommend this company for both their outstanding work and exceptional customer service.

Tyler, with American Soft Wash did an outstanding job on my house and garage! Very courteous and professional! After taking off 20 years of dirt and a few spots of mold, My entire residence looks as it did 20 years ago after major remodeling! I wanted some of my bill reduced because of some stains left after the wash job. I sent some pictures. They thought future rain would wash them off. It has washed off some but I was asking for $50 off my bill. They wanted more pictures. They could have come out and looked themselves. The technician was very nice and professional. I had to leave while they were here. Their machine had broke down and had to temporarily leave to fix it and then returned.

I recently had my house washed on 3-26-26. I worked with Jon Bianchi for my quote who was excellent and very fair for the work being done. Two guys from American Softwash came out and washed our house, I can say with all confidence that the house absolutely looks better now then it did prior. I am in the process of listing our house for sale, and I am very happy that it will look its best for the realtor and any potential buyer. Highly recommend these guys! I will be using you again when we move to Indianola! Thanks!

Our Christmas lights look great, the installer did a great job hanging the lights and our wreath. Well worth the money you pay to have this done and not have to worry about climbing up ladders to put them up, take them down and store them.
