I learned that a golden opportunity is not something we wait for. Even simple situations, like handling a complaint or assisting a guest, can turn into memorable moments when approached with the right mindset and genuine care.
CGSP workshop was a huge help for me because it made me feel more prepared for the real world especially in this industry. One of the best things I learned was how to better understand my own strengths and how to use them to reach my goals. It also taught me practical skills, like how to communicate professionally and how to handle interviews with more confidence.
I highly recommended this workshop. It taught me a lot and made me realize there's still a lot of things I don't know in this industry.
