I’m writing this because I’m heartbroken and angry about how Ashley Furniture treated my 80-year-old mother. She saved up to buy a dining set she was excited about, but when it arrived, the chairs were scratched, dirty, and uneven.
When she went back to the store to ask for help, instead of showing basic respect or compassion, they completely dismissed her. No one offered a solution or even bothered to look into the problem. Taking advantage of an elderly woman like that is unacceptable.
It’s shameful that a company as big as Ashley Furniture would treat any customer this way — especially a senior who trusted them. I hope this review warns others to be cautious and reminds the company that honesty, respect, and decency should still matter.

I was assisted by representative Ty, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and patient. I described what I was looking for and he immediately showed me a sofa set that I loved, wasn't able to get that set, wouldn’t be wise due to having a pet and he immediately found me something even better with the matching ottoman and a sound bar stand. I was absolutely pleased with my shopping experience with Ty! The other staff were also pleasant and knowledgeable, great shopping environment.
