Instead of pushing expensive, unnecessary repairs, he gave me straightforward, practical advice on getting gutters first to address the root cause. It’s so rare to find that level of honesty! Highly recommend asking for Jestin if you want an expert opinion you can trust.

I had put my 120-year-old home on the market and learned from an inspection that there was an issue with sagging foundation in one room. I called American Standard Foundation Repair and James came to look at it and gave me an estimate. He very clearly described what would be done. When I got the information to sign and approve starting the work, I looked at the things that could possibly happen - cracks in plaster, windows that wouldn't open, and I was concerned. They scheduled the work as soon as they could because there was already an offer on the house contingent on this being done. They completed the work in a half a day and I can't believe the difference it made in that floor. It feels very solid now, not a rickety old wooden floor. They were very professional from the start, during the work and follow up. No damage was done on the inside of the house at all.
