I went to a well-known auto parts store across the US. Napa bought the higher cost battery charger. It’s a charge it solar 4735. tried using it a little bit later after I bought it it wasn’t working it kept flashing. I believe a two and a three wouldn’t charge for nothing took it back to Napa. They said yes it’s broken. I said well can I get my money back? What can I do? They said no after 30 days you’re done you can’t exchange it. Nothing can be done at this point. I said that’s very bad business and was speaking to the manager. He turned around. He had one of his guys look at and return it to me three days Confirmation said it’s working.. about weeks later tried to just use it over this weekend. Same thing piece of junk. I’ll be sending this response back to Napa also I will never buy a piece of equipment from Napa again.and I’ve spent thousands in Napa over the years, hoping to get quality items, but that isn’t the case here. Very pleased with the entire process. On the first call I made to ASEDEALS I spoke with Brian who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lift was shipped very promptly. There was a slight glitch with the freight handler but ASEDEALS very quickly had the issue resolved and forwarded me the correct information. Assembly went very well. Had it in the garage for about a week. Already had 3 different vehicles on it and it works great. So much better than laying on your back!, I should have done this years ago. Would definitely recommend ASEDEALS

We ordered the ASE 9K 4 post lift from Brian who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After picking it up at the local LLC terminal we brought it home and assembled it by ourselves. We still have all of our fingers and toes and love it!

I purchased a set (4 Piece) of AMGO screw pads for my lift. When they arrived, there were three newer style screw pads and one older style screw pad (the difference being an O-ring to help hold the screw pad in place). I contacted ASE for a newer style screw pad replacement. ASE forwarded my request to AMGO who denied the replacement stating the O-ring was not a functional necessity and said they were considered all the same parts. I spoke further with ASE and they were unable to convince AMGO to replace the part. ASE did sell me the replacement part at their cost which I did appreciate. Having said that, if AMGO won't stand behind a $20 part, what do you think will happen when warranty work is needed?
