Der Support bei ist ein Erlebnis. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass sich jemals ein Unternehmen derart professionell um einen Kunden bemüht hat. Einfach Spitze. Natürlich ist auch die Software einsame Klasse.

The GUI of BackUp Maker has been comically outdated for way too long. It triggers unwanted full backup after daylight saving time changes; which bug is masked by the company claim, that they fixed years ago "Repeated full backups after time change" - because apparently users having to secure e.g. 2TB of free space "just" once every half a year is something they think is A-OK. The change-log file is berried on their website and has no datastamps next to a version number. The support has an attitude towards a paying customer of "if you do not like - then do not use it" - therefore the moment I will get my hands on a better program, I will happily get rid of their flawed product from my life without a second thought

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit ASCOMP Software GmbH!!! Diese Firma kann ich mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Der Service ist hervorragend, schnell und kurzfristig erreichbar. Die Updates kommen regelmäßig. Auch bei Stornierungen gibt es keine Probleme.
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet.
